East-Meets-West dishes that inspire and evoke a feeling of being welcomed into Chef Vuong's home. Little Sister's menu showcases Chef Tin's take on one of the more interesting and rich collisions of food and culture that was borne out of the European colonization of Southeast Asia.

Dishes blend and balance the spices and flavors of Southeast Asia with French techniques and Dutch and British colonial influences. The menu is continually and progressively evolving, reflecting inspiration and the seasons. Chef Tin curates the restaurant's wine and beverage program with a focus on intriguing labels, both domestically and from around the world.

Food is outstanding and portions are great. Showed up at 6:15 (early) for a 6:30 table and had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, even though the dining room was empty and there were at least 8 empty 4-tops. I guess maybe I had to wait for someone to start their shift at 6:30. Was told they had to get my table ready, even tough the table we were sat at was ready since we walked in (along with 7 others). Just be honest with me. Tried to get a drink at the bar while we waited, but nobody ever came up to the 4 of us to ask if we wanted anything, so went back to wait by the door. Service was mediocre at best. When you order the 3-spring roll appetizer, but ask for one more, you'd think they might come together or on the same plate, but the 4th one showed up 5 minutes later on a single plate. Eggplant didn't show up and we finally asked and were told it was burnt and they refired it. We cancelled that since we were halfway through dinner already. I'd go back for the food quality, but I hope they can figure everything else out.

Really enjoyed the fried sea bass, spring rolls and green papaya salad! Cocktails were wonderful!

Mallory was the best! Sat us down , remembered who we were, friendly and amazing. We should try coming back on Wednesdays now because that is the only day she works

My wife and I love going to LSXO in Huntington Beach, but this was my first time at Little Sister at Irvine Spectrum. I took a buddy and he had never been. What a great meal. We ordered Shaky Beef, Lemongrass Pork Chop, Papaya Salad, Pho Banh Cuon, and Crispy Prawns. Everything was delicious! His favorite was the Shaky Beef. Papaya Salad is a lighter dish and the flavor is so addictive, it's definitely my favorite. I have to order it everytime I go. Lemongrass pork chop was a first for me and a great recommendation from our server and cooked perfectly. I would definitely order it again. Pho Banh Cuon is not something I would normally order, but also very good. Next time my daughter wants to shop at the Spectrum, I will be here trying some new dishes. :)

Great service, delicious food, with classic and modern takes on Vietnamese cuisine. The place is one of the most beautiful restaurants in Orange County, and it is a great advantage that is located at the Spectrum, with stores and parking around.

The food was great, but the service was terrible. It took 20 minutes before server even took drink order.

Excellent craft cocktails and even better food. Sat outside on a sunny day for lunch. Attentive service. Have also eaten at XOXO Huntington Beach and would recommend both restaurants. Will be back soon bringing friends!

Best Thai food in SoCal. Really nice atmosphere & decor. Clean, and spacious restaurant. The food is very full of flavor and reasonably portioned. The service and staff is excellent. Our FAVORITE place to dine in for authentic Thai food!
