We went there for my birthday and it was amazing. Very unique food choices and everything we had was excellent! Definitely need reservations as the place was packed. The wait staff were also amazing and very attentive. Can't wait to go back.

Really good menu. Food very good, creative. Neighborhood gem; could compete anywhere. Fresh seafood; menu includes snapper, swordfish, wahoo, shrimp, oysters, octopus. Not inexpensive, but good. Very friendly, helpful, professional service. Welcoming ambience. Would recommend.

We had a fabulous meal on our first ever trip to Key West and ended up at Little Pearl after our Miami friend recommended it to us. People at an adjacent table confirmed it was the best restaurant in Key West. Loved the neighborhood vibe. Great staff!

The food and service were excellent but a bit pricey if you are trying to go out every night for a week in Key West. The restaurant is rather small, the tables are close together and the noise level is excessive when full. We had a wonderful meal, I would recommend it with the caveat that the noise level / closeness of tables is an issue.

We were on vacation, and I first read about the restaurant in the local paper. I saw the awesome reviews everywhere & told my husband we must visit. We absolutely loved it, the service was great, the waitress suggested an amazing wine that we will get again & again, and the food was beyond....The octopus for an appetizer is a must, I had the seafood over bucatini, and my husband had the lobster, shrimp & crab pot pie. My dish had so much seafood, and my husband’s also did. We had the MOST AMAZING key lime pie. Not your usual key lime pie....We are here for two weeks & will definitely return before our departure. Hats off to the owners, chef, waiters, waitresses and all remaining staff for creating an amazing evening!
BTW...I never/rarely leave reviews.

Lovely restaurant food was great. They only serve wine so make sure you know that before you visit. My husband is pretty tall, 6'2 and it was a little tight on space. But the service was excellent, the manager was great and we had some pretty spectacular seafood! Loved the buccatini, tuna tartare brulee and the scallops.

This is a difficult one....

We had been looking forward to this dinner for sometime as I had read that the food was really well prepared and presented, and this was the case. It seems we were not the only people waiting to try this restaurant either..it is small and was fully reserved. But still perhaps only 40 people.. I didn't count.

Today a dining experience should be more than just food and it is here that the Restaurant has serious problems, small and in an old building the acoustics are terrible, the noise level was more than loud it was annoying and prevented any form of intimate conversation. The staff are apologetic and aware of the problem... comments of we are waiting for sound insulation for the ceiling ARE abundant...but really Key West is 3 hours from Miami and in the 18 months or so of existence they haven't found a way to resolve this issue.

To conclude... great ingredients great food.. great chef... go very early or go very late.

A sister restaurant to the always fabulous Antonia’s. We’ve been dying to ty it and Little Pearl didn’t disappoint. Our table of 4 had outstanding apps and entrees. Fish is the specialty so look for the fresh catch or try the seafood pot pie for a home cooked hearty option. It’s small so a reservation is highly recommended.

We went for vacation and had been hearing great things. My meal was unbelievably delicious however my husband was looking forward to grouper which was on the menu outside and Online but not on the menu when we were seated. He doesn’t eat tuna or shark so he opted for the yellow fin snapper — listen — it was awful —- no flavor and mushy beyond mushy. Our appetizers were wonderful and the wine was great. Service was ok — it is a small place and very busy but really really nice. What made it really hurt was the waitress said that is the way the chef prepares his food and there was nothing wrong with it — no addition of — I am sorry you didn’t care for it. We probably would give it another try but won’t because of the closing comment. Again — my dish was good — he on the other hand could not recall the last time when he had such an awful meal.

There's nothing at all special about this place. It's too small (proven by the test that the wait staff has to invade your personal space simply to take your order), and not easy to find on foot. The 'shrimp bruschetta' as a starter is a pure joke -- three (3), only three (3)!, itty-bitty portions for its price. At a minimum you should be served six(6). The 2017 Loire Valley Sancerre was average at best (not their fault), but quite over-priced, and that is within their control. And finally as an entree 'shrimp and grits' is a poor idea from any chef given that plain grits are a completely dull and unfulfilling. Grits add nothing to the the six(6) ho-hum shrimp, nor the roughly 10 pieces of chocolate-chip-sized bacon bits -- no one could ever honestly call them 'chunks'. I left them with a full plate of grits since that was an entree clearly designed as a rip-off. Bottom line: I left hungry even after splitting a dessert.

Was not very happy. Our table was the worst table in the place. Near one bathroom everyone used. When door to kitchen was open the light was so bright gave me a headache. The place was loud and uncomfortable.
Food was good but they forgot my husbands salad. We eat out a lot and I need the full package to go back. D&G Zagat.

This is a great restaurant, and I love the creative menu, however the new Shrimp Bruschetta is a bit of a miss. Overwhelmingly one flavor with no depth. All I tasted as lime juice and balsamic glaze.
The Otopus is the best dish on the island in my opinion.
