   Table next to us was really loud when we are trying to enjoy a Mother’s Day meal. I couldn’t talk to my wife without yelling across the table, she ended up sitting next to me so we could conversate easier. The waiter said they have been drinking a lot during happy hour. A number a people moved seats to get away from the loud noise. I wasn’t able to enjoy my food. I wanted to hurry up and leave before I got to frustrated.

   The waiter is very professional and kind, food wasn’t great fried rice was super salty. The meat wasn’t good. It was dry and it didn’t look to what we expected. The dessert was dry and it feels like it’s auto package where you bought it at Walmart.

   The food was good and the service was excellent. Our server was very accommodating and attentive throughout the evening. The layout of the room is somewhat awkward in that two tables are side-by-side enclosed by short open walls and you can hear the conversations of the diners next to you. The acoustics in that dining room is bad and the noise level is not very good.

   It was ok. Nothing bad but nothing amazing. With so many restaurants to choose from I wouldn’t choose to go back

   Atmosphere, service, food quality were excellent. Expense was high, realizing of course, that Honolulu/Hawaii is one of the most expensive places on the planet. The bar (and therefore Happy Hour customers adjoin the formal dining area. So, there would be some interplay (music and talking) that is experienced while dining in the main. I felt the music choice was too loud and upbeat for a relaxed dining experience. But, tolerable. Overall, a good experience.

    The food was delicious and the server was attentive. We weren’t told that happy hour is only served in a certain part of the restaurant. And the music was a little loud initially.
