great food - fabulous service! I hope the can make it through COVID-19 shutdown. The muzak was way to loud had hard time hearing. Other than that - we look forward to going there again!
Everything was perfect. Didn't wait too long for our drinks or food. Waiter was very attentive. And the managers were as well. Food was cooked perfect and very tasteful. Definitely worth the price. Very affordable for a steakhouse and for the quality.
Family And I We’re All Impressed. We Enjoyed Every Bite.Food Was Outstanding,Our Waiter And Overall Service Was More Than We Could Of Asked For, Or Expected. Mahalo And The Best To You All At Little Joe’s Steakhouse.
Definitely Coming Back.
Simply amazing!! From the moment we walked in we were greeted instantly, promptly sat, and given the best customer service I have personally ever experienced. The food was beyond delicious, and just everything was superb.
This was a "re-do" for my boyfriends original birthday, where we went to another restaurant. And it was absolutely horrible.
We should have came to Little Joe's from the beginning.
We will definitely be regulars here at Little Joe's.
Thank you Matthew and Teresa for the exceptional service!!!
Overall experience was good. This was their Sunday Grand Opening night and I ordered a T-Bone steak but they were out so opted for a Rib Eye. I wanted rare and it was ok but not really rare. My ife ordered Medium well but it was more on the well done side. We ordered a side dish of Spinach and Mushrooms that were never delivered to the table so they took it off the bill. The Mac and Cheese was good but a lot of garlic. The background Jazz music was good, the wait staff was very good.
We will try again in the future probably.
Was very impressed with this new steakhouse! We ordered the avocado toast, greek filet mignon (filet with white wine and feta cheese sauce), ribeye, mashed potatoes, and bacon mac n cheese. For dessert, Double Chocolate Cake and an Espresso Martini, recommended by our server Matt (I think was his name), which were both amazing! Even though it’s an a la carte menu, we felt like the prices were very reasonable for a steakhouse and our bill was not bad considering we ordered all of that plus cocktails!
Food was really good. Sorry to say but the lettuce was a little brown. Other than that it was really good.
Made a reservation for 2 at 7pm. Arrived on time to be seated in the small room off to the main door. It was stale air and a very unappealing setup. Took about 10mins for our server to greet us which we weren’t too worried about. He got our drinks and we didn’t see him for another 10mins. We got around to ordering when he showed up and decided we didn’t want appetizers and we were gona order the bone in ribeye and the lobster tails. 20+mins into our meal we’re thinking we did good food should be out soon. Bread was then brought to our table which included 2 pieces of taro bread rolls and butter. We came hungry so that didn’t last very long. 20 mins go by and we haven’t seen our server and no sign of possibly more bread coming. Our server finally arrives and says that the kitchen is extremely backed up and our food should be out in 10mins (lie!). He then took the bread basket. An hour into us being seated and we’re thinking it’s been well over 10mins still haven’t seen server come back into this room AT ALL and he took our empty bread basket! By 815 our server comes to our table and is just full of apologies and how the kitchen has stopped all orders from being put in so they can catch up and the time is unknown as to when our food will be ready. He then offered us complimentary drinks from the bar while we wait. And I asked if he could at least bring us bread! In this 15mins my husband and I decided we were just going to leave. We realized the staff and kitchen was under prepared for the flow of service. The managers were absolutely no where to be seen or heard. We were among many tables who didn’t get served any food besides bread and not even a formal apology from some sort of management could take 2mins to formally apologize. It was awful! We walked out with a terrible first impression. Serious training and work needs to be done from top to bottom.
Asked for med. rare, got med. Everyone else got theirs ok, but said it was salty. Mine wasn't salty enough. Service was very slow. Though, the wait staff was very nice and accomodating.
This was their 2nd day open, my wife and I were very pleased with the overall experience.
From the parking lot attendant to the host and hostess to the waiters, all were welcoming and gracious. The food was excellent and I left stuffed. We will surely be back.
Amazing steaks! Great value. Wet aged NY and Ribeye for under $30. Locals are going to LOVE this place. Beautiful restaurant! Will be back for sure.
Selection of entrees and appetizers were plentiful. Steaks were cooked perfectly when served; but, being that the plates they were served on were "excessively" hot, our medium rare steaks quickly became well done.......flavor was excellent.
We ordered two appetizers during your "Happy Hour" before 7:00 pm, we were seated in the dining room........and were charged full price: $9.95 for the Ahi Tartare and the Scallop Dynamite appetizers..........instead of $6.50. Waiter: Chad was very good, memorized our order, even as other staff helped to present dishes he corrected them as to the correct items were for us, although it was very busy. Some of the other workers brought us other customer orders to our table, so we had to advise them of the mistakes.
Horrible, would not recommend it. Food was overpriced and not good. The waiting time was very long, service was slow and unorganized.
Food was very good, but the restaurant closed down the next day.
Food and service excellent. Sad that they are closing.
Not enough staff to provide adequate service
Great place on a cold, rainy night. Quiet and family-friendly.
Wonderful experience fresh and tasty food.
Food was a bit salty. Good for large groups (we were 10). Food was a bit salty. Chanko Nabe was the better deal to have more variety of food. Overall the experience was average, not sure I would revisit.
The quality of the food was excellent. We had a large group and appreciated having a semi private room to celebrate the occasion. Highly recommended for small or large groups.
Staff is always accomodating and nice. Food is yummy.
Celebrating 3 classmates birthdays and Christmas.
It was great to have the private room for 35. The staff was great.... we all had a great time! Thank you to Leslie and staff for always making sure our needs were met. Thank you to the staff for singing Happy birthday! It made it even more special!
With a grateful heart,
Not enough wait staff. Very slow service
I highly recommend the restaurant. We go there at least every other month. The service and food is awesome. Night manager is friendly and professional.
Fabulous food and great service. Very accommodating since I’m a vegetarian. Best shabu shabu in town! Will definitely return.
Been here once before and had the chanko nabe. This time I had the same thing but we added the seafood pancake. Seems like the portions were much better than the first time I went over a year ago. We were full when we left, which I couldn't say the first time I visited. Food was tasty and service was good.
Great food, great service, as always!
This was the best place for my Anniversary! Everything was perfect and my guests all agreed that I made the best choice. Thank you.
We were seated at a small table for 5 people. The table was really crowded.
Our party of 8 was accommodated for 1700 at 1000 that am. We got a side room for 10 which was intimate, not that the restaurant was noisy...i think we were noisier! Great specials, food was good quality. I wish they had more drink selections, the only thing I didn't like...we'll be gong again!
14 classmates getting together to
Enjoy each other’s company instead of staying home and passing out candies!
We love it there! Leslie and Rosa always takes good care of us!
My kids are big fans of self-serve shabu shabu, so I wasn’t sure how they’d like the nabe experience. I shouldn’t have worried – they loved it. My daughter particularly liked the spicy miso broth and I thought pay extra for paitan broth was well worth it.
The price is great and the servers are attentive.
We’ll be back again.
Excellent food, cleanliness, value of the food and great service
We will be returning again
Parking no problem. Great food. Very good quality meat and vegetables. Good desserts. No shaves, My favorite.
Overall the food was good for the price. I would recommend it to people who visit Hawaii and are looking for something different. The service was decent. Our server would not really check up on us and we would have to go find them from time to time.
Food so fresh and delicious. Service is great!
Great value, been to a few shabu shabu establishments and this place awesome.
Great value at a great price. The Chanko Nabe was well worth it.
Our family has dined here 3 times and we've always left happy and satisfied. Make early reservations if you want to easily find parking. Chanko Nabe for $19.95/person? For the amount of food you get it's a deal.
For the price you can't go wrong. Their competitors may have many varieties but it is expensive. Happy hour prices are also really good. Maitre'd was awesome. She was very professional and helpful.
