Little Italy Bar & Grill - Scripps Ranch
We still serve weekend breakfast with happy hour!
Expanded menu with many of your Italian favorites still available. Only outdoor dining available currently but we made extra space!! Come check us out!
This is no longer an Italian restaurant, it is now a sports bar call the Junction. Misrepresented and wouldn’t have gone had we known.
Good food but very loud inside
Awesome place for great food, drinks and watching sports!
Great! Delicious food and inexpensive.
Her server Britney was absolutely phenomenal. Food was excellent wonderful price points for happy hour. Highly recommend. Five stars
So happy to come and sit on their patio with heaters and dine out! Service was wonderful and the servers and hostess' were polite and engaging. Food was great--def bar food but flavorful. A gem in the middle of suburbia!
This is not even called Little Italy bar and Grill anymore, it’s called the Junction and the menu has changed and the service has definitely changed. It was pretty noisy and casual I didn’t have the same great items on the menu that my husband and I have come to love. Along with the waitress pretty much messed up 65% of our order
Great family restaurant and neighborhood bar / meet up.
This is the best little hidden gem. I'm so glad we found it. The food is always good, haven't had anything there yet we haven't liked. Their service is great no matter which server you have. Their appetizers are perfect for sharing. We have been there about 6 times since we found them about 1 1/2months ago. They have outside seating. The tables inside are adjusted for social distancing. I can't wait to go back!!
Delicious food and excellent service!
The ambience was great, customers seem to enjoy their time there. TVs all around with three different Sports programs going. Prices were reasonable service was great, we would definitely go back again.
Little Italy in Scripps Ranch is now Junction Bar and Grill. It does not service Italian food anymore but we ordered a variety of tacos for $3.50. They were delicious and very reasonable.
As well as could be expected
We made a point to go to the new “junction” this weekend since they had parking lot dining. I love the patio/parking lot/side walk dining experience. I commented to my wife that it reminds of Europe, having a meal and Diane wine our outside. Fortunately the San Diego summer is relatively cool so you can comfortably eat outside.
My son had a club sandwich-lived it. It looked good too.
My wife had a basic salad and tater pots. She was a little peeved that there wasn’t a single BLW veggie protein. They are everywhere now and take it for granted that a local Scripps restaurant would have an impossible or beyond burger but no.
I had a spaghetti with sauce - safe as the Junction was an Italian jus rebranded - nothing special-quite the opposite.
I love scripps but this restaurant is fine for quick dining or sports- I think that’s the idea behind rebranding it from Little Italy- but not for date or nice meal. Nothing to do with parking lot- the food just isn’t that impressive nor worth the price. I am happy I did t have the NY Strip - 60 items on the menu 5 steaks - it steak house.
Staff were nice, service was reasonable. Scripps needs a good Sports Bar and this could be just the right place. Good luck and look forward to football season or a World Cup. This might be their sweet stop.
Little Italy is now Junction Bar & Grill. We've been going there frequently for a long time and really like the changes. The expanded menu has great options and the service is always wonderful. The manager, Chad is one of the best!
They didn't honor our Open Table reservation. We had a confirmed reservation, but then got a call when we were 10 minutes away saying the kitchen closed early, and they wouldn't be able to seat us or take an order.
Great appetizers, great dinner and great Cadillac Margarita. Service attentive. Food hot and as pre-pandemic consistently overall good!
Little Italy consistently provides quality and delicious food and service. One of our favorite dining experiences!
Very cute place and the food was amazing as well !
Excellent value with excellent service. The menu is awesome and the food is awesome. The bartender is top shelf as well is all the wait staff
Service was great, food was good but not special and it was very noisy.
Everything was amazing! The drinks were refreshing (a tad expensive), food was delicious, and service was extraordinary! As a someone who worked in a restaurant for two years, these are all things I look for in a great establishment.
Little Italy went above and beyond my expectations.
Excellent food and service
Overpriced for product
Christmas Eve
LOVE the food! The marinara is the BEST we’ve ever tasted!
Very slow service for midweek. and the new bartender was not as good as previous. The drinks weren’t anything liked we ordered in the past.
Mommy/Daughter date night. We LOVE this restaurant! It’s fun, has a great menu and some of the best marinara we’ve ever had!!
Simply amazing. My only gripe with Italian food is that it’s never that spicy. But here, they make it spicy and tasty. Great ambiance at night on the weekends.
The noisiest restaurant I have ever eaten at. Since it wax our wedding anniversary we tried to not let it bother us, but it was truly awful. There is a large table in the middle of the restaurant that older women congregate, drink half-priced drinks, and yell at each other to be heard. This is basically the description of hell for those trying to enjoy a meal. They couldn’t care less, guess they pay the bills for what otherwise would be a mice restaurant. Painful experience, ruined our night, If you go there, you were warned!!
There were 6 of us and we had a wonderful experience!!!
We have always enjoy this cute little place tucked in a strip mall at Scripp Ranch with lots of Eucalyptus trees around. My husband and I have liked everything we tried from pizzas to pastas, so far. Most nights their noise level is fine except for when they are busy on the weekend that you would have to shout to hear each other. Other than that, I highly recommend this place for Italian food.
Service leaves a lot to be desired. Don’t know if it is a difference between day and night crew, or they just don’t care. Appear inexperienced and unfamiliar with menu. The shame of it all or maybe the saving factor is the food continues to be good Hope they right this quickly as there are other options for those of us who appreciate small, neighborhood businesses.
Arrived early for our dinner reservation and was promptly seated. Service was excellent. Great wine selection. Reduced prices for alcohol and appetizers during Happy hour ( 1/2 off). Both meals were fresh and delicious. Plan on returning for another enjoyable meal. Great for families and large parties. Nice bar area too.
Loved it. Chicken Marsala was tender and flavorful. Big enough for two people. Came with yummy garlic bread and salad.
Had not been to this restaurant in about 8 years and was pleasantly surprised. It was a bit loud, but otherwise a very good experience. Will definitely go back again.
Loud environment. Great food and service. One of my favorite places.
