I'm giving them a bad review because they do not provide free refills for iced tea, which is frankly ridiculous and should be stated in the menu. The food was tasty but overpriced but I guess you're paying for the location. $28 for a beet salad was a bit extreme though. Excellent key lime pie.

Food sucked. Ordered medium rare received blue. Server replaced it promptly. Ordered desert 45 minutes later it never arrived. Save your time and money. #%^ weak experience. Avoid it. Just avoid it.

Had a wonderful experience on July 4th. Sat outside and had an amazing view of the city and lake. The food was delicious (lobster roll was fabulous). Staff couldn’t have been more accommodating.

Staff was very attentive and appreciative. I was a bit tipsy after the strawberry margaritas and calamari, stomach was quite full otherwise would have finished the whole braised shoulder pork - it was perfectly done and very tender, without losing any favour. Complemented a good memory visiting Navy Pier for the first time.

Overpriced, touristy, poor quality food.. fries were cold, lobster roll was a bun with a tad of chopped lobster.

We had a great time prior to heading to Shakespeare for a play. We shared a beet salad, crostinis, salmon, spicy rigatoni with mushrooms. Good drinks and wine too. All delicious, beautiful presentation, fun and efficient service. Waiter Len offered to take several pictures (celebrating our anniversary), which made it even more special. Manager checked in also. There had been a snafu with another reservation elsewhere on the Pier, and because of that we got a special dessert as well. Great evening, and would recommend highly.

We enjoyed a fabulous meal before the play. Fun cocktails, delicious food, and friendly service. Even got a discount for attending the Shakespeare Theatre. It was a great place to be even on a rainy day at Navy Pier. Can’t wait to go back.
