Excellent service and the food was delicious!
It was my husband’s birthday- we were wanting to go somewhere we haven’t been before so we decided on Link and Pin and so glad we did !!!We had the best service ever! I can’t remember her name - a little bubbly blonde! She was so on point with waiting on us and it was 10 people and we never had to look for her she was just amazing! Her personality and professionalism is rare but again loved her !!! The food and atmosphere was great !!! Everyone loved their appetizers and entrees . I really appreciate the manager being able to accommodate our party of 10 and making it so we could sit together! All in all it was a very wonderful dining experience and we will definitely be back !!!! Thank you so much !!!!
We had previously dined here back at the beginning of the year with our son. It was one of the best steaks ever tasted. All 3 agreed. The seasoning was the best. Have commented that Link n Pin has the best seasoned/tasting steaks. We dined again here this last Sat. and the seasoning was not as it was before. Seems they have changed the seasoning, and not a big fan. Brussels sprouts were delicious.
Great menu, knowledgeable staff, and nice ambiance. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
Shallon was an excellent server. She was attentive but not all over us. She made great recommendations and everything came out quickly and was delicious
Good find in Huntersville NC area off the street in a big shopping center. Another location in south end of downtown Charlotte. Nice outdoor area, great server, good food and drink menu. Shrimp and grits probably the best I’ve ever had.
The service was awesome.
Service and friendliness excellent, but food and drinks mediocre overall. Low grade pasta, poorly flavored. Scallops merely ok. Some nice herbs and spices on sauce with scallops.
Nice room but music loud and weirdly sequenced. Maybe the ambience gets better later in the night.
It was great
When I make a reservation, I expect to be seated in the restaurant portion of a restaurant, not the bar. That was disappointing since there were plenty of open tables in both sides of the restaurant.
The server we had was pretty phenomenal though.
The food, while flavorful, was small-portioned and overpriced for the bar ambiance. Had the price met the expectation of experience, it probably would have been okay.
But not when you’re made to feel like less than worthy of a restaurant experience, you expect less than a restaurant price point.
The crispy whole flounder (less the head, which I certainly appreciate), is our go to favorite.
Consistently great food. Everything I’ve eaten there each time has been great! Favs include Lobster Roll and Brussels!
Food was amazing. Server fantastic. We did ask to have our table moved to a quieter spot in the restaurant which they accommodated. Definitely going back the next time we are in town!
We went for a late lunch on a Friday afternoon. The restaurant was almost empty. There was none to greet us at the hostess stand. But our waitress quickly approached us and said she would be taking care of us. She allowed us to choose our own seat and frequently checked in with us throughout the time we were there.
Everything we ordered was delicious and prepared as requested. I have no complaints. While I do enjoy the ambience of the South End location a little more, I would have no problem returning to this one, especially since it is much closer.
Pro-tip: Even if it's not busy, make a reservation on Open Table and earn some points for your visit. 😉
The food was great, the ambience was great, and the service was great as well. The three things I look for in a restaurant.
Outstanding filet (and I’m a beef snob). The service was great. We enjoyed the whole evening.
Great food, great service, great ambiance. No special treatment for a birthday celebration, FYI.
Good drinks and the Halibut was amazing.
Great service, very tasty food.
The food is amazing, and reasonably priced. One of my favorite places to eat.
My hubby and I dined at Link and Pin last night after we missed our concert. And wow I am so glad that we found this great spot!
The food was delicious. Every facet of the service was outstanding! And the choice of cuisine was so different and incredible.
We will definitely be back and next time bring some family and friends with us when we return.
Birthday dinner. The food was excellent. Had the steak cook perfectly. Drinks from the bar were delicious. Jill our server was outstanding. Very attentive, friendly personable. She was very knowledgeable about menu items and bar items. We will definitely return.
Exceptional in every way.
The lobster roll is amazing! From the buttery toasted bun to the sweet Maine lobster…perfection. The truffle fries are also great, as was the Mexican street corn as an appetizer. This place does not disappoint. I also enjoy the Link &Pin margarita with the orange marmalade simple syrup.
Had a friend’s baby shower at brunch on a Saturday. We were a party of 7 and the restaurant was not crowded or noisy, food and service were good and we all enjoyed all apps and entrees.
Would recommend! Champagne brunch tray was fun!
The food and service were superb. Our server did not disappoint us when we asked for recommendations. The drinks were delicious. We got there just as the lights started to dim and the ambience changed to a more romantic setting but with louder music
The food was very good and the service was excellent. I highly recommend the See You Next Fall cocktail. I ordered the brussel sprout and mixed green salad with shrimp. Very unique and tangy taste. Yum!
Beautiful atmosphere and excellent food.
This was our first visit to Link & Pin. The interior has always been cool ... we had been when it was Mickey and Mooch. We were pleased by the menu ... it's pretty pricey but we thought $15-$16 for our really really good burgers with fries was very fair for lunch ... also got the brussels and they were fantastic. Service was awesome. It was very quiet for lunch ... give it a try!
If was a great special that I had. I had the dinner special which was ahi tuna with wasabi mashed potatoes. It was delicious. My friend that was with me had the filet and she said it was overdone and not medium. But she ate it! All in all, a successful dinner.
Truly fabulous dinner experience. The drinks were excellent and well priced and our server recommended the dinner for 2 - salads, the tomahawk steak and 2 large scallops. The steak was the best I’ve ever had. It came with whipped mashed potatoes that were heavenly. We will absolutely be back.
The food was delicious, we ordered the ahi tuna tacos as an appetizer, and my husband ordered a steak which was slightly overcooked, but still delicious. I had the scallops that were also wonderful. The room we were in was ridiculously loud. There were 2 larger groups and 2 small groups. One of the 2 small tables actually relocated due to the noise. I would definitely go back for the food, however I would ask to sit outside.
Food was delicious!
Our first visit to Link & Pin was amazing. Our server was so friendly and helpful, the food was amazing and the manager made sure we were happy. We will definitely return!
Amazing dining experience per usual!
Chicken and waffles are really tasty, not to mention the great bourbon selection.
Brunch was horrible. Under cooked potatoes, everything was cold. Definitely not the scope for this restaurant as I hear the night menu is great. Fortunately the waiter was amazing!!
I have no complaints! The food was great, the service was great, and the experience was great. I did wish my food was hotter, but no biggie. I had Huevos Rancheros and my daughter, the 3 egg omelette. We also had coffee and a fresh fruit medley. No disappointment for our first brunch! We’d definitely go back.
This is a very cute place located in a shopping center. There was plenty of parking. We had decided to take our daughter for brunch for her 14th birthday. We were seated right away which was nice and had water brought to us promptly. Once we placed our food order, we were only checked on once and the food took over an hour to come. This seems a bit excessive for mostly orders of omelets. Also, one was wrong and had avocado on top. They didn’t even offer to make new one or apologize… not a huge deal so we just scraped it off. I also indicated in the reservations it was my daughters bday and again when we arrived and we did not even get one person wish her a happy birthday. Food was just okay. Service was not great and for the prices we probably won’t go back. A smile, an apology for a mistake and a few more check ins to tell us what was going on with our order would have made a world of a difference.
Nice atmosphere, very nice decor. Comparing to Mickey and Mooch it looks a lot better and much brighter! The food.... well, could have been a LOT better. They like to over season everything. We ordered the steak and were excited to try their 1800F cooked steak. However we have received a steak with pounds of spices which were very hot and couldn't even taste the steak. Not sure why someone would destroy such a nice piece of meat with hot spices. $65 thrown down the drain. The sides were cold as well. Overall, not great for the price.
