Even though you have a reservation you need to wait, I reserved for anniversary celebartion and kept me waiting like for 30 mins. That's the only thing the need to improve, the rest was great!

Was seated 45 minutes after the set reservation period—the most disappointing part being there was no apology for the delay. Service was extremely slow creating a 2.5+ hour dinner after finally being seated. A number of the dishes were cold but no staff to ask to fix/heat up as no severs came besides to drop off dishes. Our table ordered 2 dishes that never came. No staff members came and asked how the meal was, any feedback, or apology for the issues. The only item done was providing a comped dessert after our table noted we did not want any and delayed the check until providing the unwanted dessert. Overall fairly disappointing experience.

Leider sind die Preise ohne Steuer auf der Karte ausgewiesen. Irgendwo auf der Karte stand es bestimmt im Kleingedruckten. Wir haben es alle nicht gesehen. Das hat uns im Nachgang sehr geärgert. Als wir auf unseren Tisch gewartet haben, bekamen andere Gäste einen Willkommens - wir nicht. Mussten den Tisch wechseln, weil wir zuerst direkt im Durchgang an der Tür saßen trotz Reservierung. Kellner waren absolut top! Das Essen außer der zähen Ente war auch exzellent! Den Nachtisch, um eine Kerze zum Geburtstag anzuzünden, musste auch selbst bezahlt werden. Alles leider sehr geizig und sind wir von Top-Restaurants in dem Preissegment nicht gewohnt. Traurige Geschichte für hohe Rechnung!
