    Food was delicious but the service was lacking. Drink ran out for an extended time. Server was no where to be found. Another server helped us. The same was true when trying to pay out ticket.

    We were enjoying the day. Sitting outside for my birthday dinner. Had the meatballs and burrata as apps. Both delish. For entrees we had the basil pocket pasta (don’t remember the official name), the Prosecco shrimp pasta and a pizza. All was delish. The bus boy was cleaning up some dishes and accidentally dropped 2 glasses on the table. Obviously an accident. Glass was shattered all over the table including all of our food dishes and IN MY AUNTS EYE. the bus boy was extremely apologetic and we told him accidents happen. Took my aunt into the bathroom to start flushing out her eye. The manager brought in eye wash which was nice. The vice president of fine dining stopped over to the table to check on her. We needed to get going because my aunt and uncle had a flight to catch. We got our bill with not a dime removed from it. The 3 entrees that we were nibbling on and were going to bring the leftovers home… NOTHING. When we asked the vice president of there was any way to have anything removed he replied ‘we thought you were finished’. Huh?! Would never go back. Understand that accidents happen but really?!

    Our group of 8 enjoyed our meal at Limoncello. The service was great - the server was attentive and knowledgeable. He steered us to dishes that we were happy with. Most of the group had some sort of pasta and everyone loved their choice. I only gave value 4/5 because it seems just a tiny bit pricey for the place and the food - but then that seems to be the case everywhere these days.

    Great atmosphere. Food lacks seasoning. I needed something, and it took my server 15 minutes to come back to check on me. By that point, I was annoyed and ready to go home.

    Definitely try to sit outside! It was much quieter, where we could have a conversation. Power Recovery Bowl was as good as I remembered, but the Pearfect Pear pizza was disappointing. The amount of arugula overwhelmed all the other flavors, but if you take some off, you lose the balsamic glaze.

    Our meal was very good. I have never heard so many champagne bottles being popped in my life; lots of celebrating! We dined indoors and it was a tad noisy, but not overwhelmingly loud. We would dine there again.

    Our server was good but our entree took too long to arrive and then had the traits of sitting under heat lights for a while. My cocktail arrived after we finished our appetizers. The ricotta toast was quite good. However, the bolognese sauce seemed more a standard meat sauce than a sauce with the robust taste I expect from a bolognese. The zeppolis were inedible.

    Not everyone had a good food experience. Bottom of chic parm was burnt, lasagna dry. My pizza was great. Fettuccine Alfredo a little gummy. Osso buco was great. Risotto was good. Service by Nick was spot on! Very noisy in dining room.

    Waited over 45 minutes for our main course to come out after the appetizer and salads came. During that 45 minute wait the waitress never came back to check on us and reorder a beer. Our reservation was at 4:45 PM mind you to allow plenty of time before our event and we still left without actually eating our dishes. It wasn’t overly crowded where you could justify that long of a wait for a basic chicken dish.

    This was my first time at limoncello and I was very pleased. I plan to go back the waitresses were so sweet and the manager came around and asked if the meal was good. The ambiance was relaxing and pleasant ( i ate outside).

    Food could have been better. My husband’s Lazana came with many burned area. He had trouble eating it since the noodles were hard. I tasted his and the taste was not good. We tried this restaurant since it was restaurant week. Guess the chef didn’t care how the food looked when it came out. We won’t come again.

    We chose Limoncello during "Restaurant Week" in Greenville based on the special menu and pricing. While we could have ordered from their regular menu, we chose to stick with the 3-course Restaurant Week menu and we were NOT disappointed! Both the Tomato Basil soup and Caesar Salad were substantial, and each of the 3 different entrees we ordered were delicious and doggy-bag generous. We topped it off with gelato or canolis, and the prix fixe of $30 was a great value. We started off with a novel cocktail, and then split a mini-carafe of red wine with dinner. We will definitely return to sample their regular menu. While the hard surfaces made it a little difficult for our 90yo neighbor to catch all the conversation, we were there early enough to miss a capacity crowd. We had an leisurely and enjoyable experience.

    Seated perfectly on time with our reservation. Close to the the front door was a very literal 'cool' place to be since the AC worked very well. Our order was all delivered at the same time first course and main. Our first course soup was bland, very tasteless but we were visited by a manager just in passing and inquired about our meal. She was very quick to taste test herself and recompense us. Our main courses, Chicken Parmigiana and Prosecco Shrimp were excellent and perfectly portioned with the Parmigiana a tad more hearty. Overall a nice evening with room for conversation and a non-hurried atmosphere.

    Only 4 stars because would not order the Cesar Salad again. Entire bowl tasted like fish due to very strange anchovies. Never had anchovies that were not at least a little salty and these were not. Also, anchovies should compliment the salad not overpowered it. Also, olive oil bread dipping was nasty.... oil was extremely greasy and way too much. It totally overpowered the balsamic. That said, entrees were absolutely fantastic and the tiramisu absolutely great.

    We were greeted right away and waited at the bar for our reservation. The hostess went above and beyond ensuring we had everything we needed. We switched our table back to the bar once seated as the back room was very crowded and extremely loud. Otherwise our food was delicious, portions were great and affordable. We will return!
