It is difficult to define exactly what l’Gueuleton means but the words ‘feast’, ‘food’, ‘family’, ‘friends’ and of course ‘wine’ help us to understand a concept that is inherently French. Since 2004 l’Gueuleton has served French Bistro cuisine at its finest. Combining quality Irish produce with French flair, l’Gueuleton offers a fantastic menu, matched with a perfectly balanced selection of wines.

Situated on the ground floor of the old Fade Street Tenements l’Gueuleton is a combination of exposed red brick walls, industrial beams, copper ceilings and wood floors.

Our booking was to celebrate a special family occasion - our daughter's third level graduation. The staff were fantastic - professional and friendly. Especially our waiter who was fantastic. We enjoyed our food and the whole ambience of L'Gueleton!

One of the best steaks in dublin . Have tried most of the dishes over the year and never disappointed. It’s a quintessentially French food / wine experience and as such the food is full of flavour and satisfying. Service is on the right side of attentive and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. Highly recommended 👍

A great spot, service was excellent. Menu is limited which is good as all dishes are fab. A little pricey, but we’d a fab evening. Thank you.

We had rabbit and pork belly, but at next visit would order the steaks, since they were ordered at the next table and looked amazing. Everything was very tasty. Pork belly had a lot of fat, but that's to be expected. Mille feuille dessert was sooo good.

I can honestly say that the meal was nothing short of perfect! Myself and my pal lapped up every morsel. We both went for the crab starter, mains was halibut and for dessert we chose millefeuille. All courses were truly delicious. The flavours were to die for and we were both equally happy with our choice. I can’t recommend L’egueleton highly enough. I can’t wait to return. Well done to chefs, waiters and management!
