   I had booked a reservation using this site and when I arrived at the restaurant on time, we had to wait 1 hour and 25 minutes to be seated. I believe is unacceptable for open table or the restaurant to deceive people like this. They need to coordinate better and respect people’s time.

   Food was average to good. Service was terrible. I guess since the 20% is already added for you at the end, they work whichever way they like. Food was missing, water was empty, orders forgotten.

   Hello the Rammen soup was not good. They used regular spaguetti. The salmon bowl, the rice was not good. I did not like at all that they did not print the check even though I explicitly asked for it, instead they tell you what you order and the waitress did not clarify that in the account there was already a service charge of 20%. So when I saw a suggested low percentage as tip; I asked the server and she told me that the tip was not inlcuded and that the tip is used to shared among their coworkers. So I ended up giving more tip than I wanted.

    We were quite excited to go have dinner and drinks here for my birthday, but that quickly turned into disappointment. Our Server (?Andress?) was the only positive thing about this experience - he was very nice, patient and helpful. We placed majority of our order along with drinks within a few minutes of sitting down - drinks came out in a timely fashion, but the food came out sparingly. We ordered a noodle dish with chicken ; no chicken in it when it came to the table. I ordered a sushi roll; never received it (after waiting two hours for it.) By the end of the 2 hours there, we decided to call it quits and just cancell the sushi and asked for our check; which also never came - we had to actually get up from the table & search for the Server in the restaurant to pay. We also asked for the Manager, but he seemed to be busy hitting on the patrons at the bar. Horrible experience; definitely not going back.

    Let me Start by saying the appearance of this establishment is really nice however, let’s get into the details of the service. The server sat us and disappeared, came back to get our drink order about 5 minutes later. He got our drinks wrong because he wasn’t listening. He looked like we were an inconvenience to him. Finally took our appetizer order and another server had to return because he couldn’t remember what the order was. The appetizers fried yuca and crab tostones the yuca was flavorless and cold the crab was the highlight of the ENTIRE NIGHT. The soup we thought was for appetizer could feed 4 ppl we were only two ppl. And we asked the server before ordering. We were so frustrated and still starving so we ordered a chaufa rice When it finally arrived it was flavorless we tried to asked for hotsauce or salt and the server didn’t return for 20 min Needless to say we paid our bill and left.     We came from spain with the main pourpose to visit the restaurant because mum is 86 and ultra fan of mr levy. That was stated on the reservation. We know nothing special should be done but, at least, a mention to that. Food was good Service regular, waiting time sence we seat until the service started. Waiting time between the courses, etc... just a few waiters for all the restaurant.

    Overall the food was good but everything was very expensive. We had to ask for menus because they were not given to us and the scanned menu was not working either. We asked for an extra table for bday cake and gifts and they said no, when the restaurant was mostly empty.

    The service was very slow. Two servers only. Drinks and food took a while. Follow up to table was not good - had to request it. Requeated a break on a dessert that came out for the birthday and server was not even apologetic - flat out said no and said sorry that they were down to two people only. For price and wait and service. They need to work on this. Outside of this the food is flavorful and ambiance is nice.

    This restaurant is an excellent restaurant for any event. I went for my birthday dinner and had the best time there. The waiters were very friendly as well as the food was amazing. I recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to try something new and I will definitely be going again!

    Peruvian Fusion Restaurant. Not the best selection of Peruvian food in the area. I must admit I returned in part for the ambiance. The mahi mahi a lo macho ( Their Pescado a lo Macho) version is NOT good; overcooked fish with a sauce very far from the classic peruvian dish. It was our biggest disappointment. Very glad to see the Grilled Octopus back, although much smaller than the original version and with a lot more of cute colorful potatoes (would love to see more Octopus next time) The cocktails could use more flavor ( and alcohol) :) Their Ceviche Carretillero was good ( the favorite for the group ( peruvians and non peruvians :) We might give it another try since it is so close to home.     The girl who served us was supper nice and polite, but the food simply SUCKED. We love Peruvian food and we’re always looking for new places to eat. This place will certainly be on our NEVER AGAIN PLACES to go.

    Extremely disappointing. We made reservations for my daughter’s birthday on a Friday night mid-December. The place wasn’t very busy at all (upon leaving I came to understand why) The food tasted good and came out fairly quickly. However, the service was sub par. They also only had one dessert available despite listing 5 on their menu. While walking over to get dessert in another nearby restaurant (the birthday girl really wanted chocolate cake) my husband got the worse stomachache of his life. Not exactly the experience you‘d expect after spending $300 for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). Level 29 is overpriced, the service is lacking, and the food might make you feel sick.     They brought us a lomo saltado that didn’t even look like one. We returned it, asked for the check and left. Bad food, it’s a shame. They recently changed the menu we were told. Well, they really ruined it.
