It was super frustrating for me and my friend showed up for brunch and not get any food. We were really looking forward to a nice meal together, but it didn't happen. It's disappointing when things don't go as planned, especially when you're hungry and excited for a good meal.

We were both happy with our meals, the service and friendliness of staff was excellent - thank you! Fries a bit cold.

Was very upset with the service It took so long to cook food we was left waiting til the end of our meal for our drinks we got served by at least 3 different waitress not knowing what we order it was so horrible we canceled or dessert and took to the room very disappointed and feel my money and time was wasted

We were initially turned away with claims the restaurant was very busy and we didnt have a booking. We completed a booking through open table, which was confirmed, abd returned 15 minutes later to be offered a table but with a long wait for food due to the busy resraurant, although from reception it it didnt look overly bysy. Could it be the Maitre D didnt like that we were dressed in jeans and T shirts?

The restaurant manager for lunch was miserable and unfriendly; sat us on a table and left us, no smile, no enjoy; however Abdul saved the day; he couldn't have been more helpful. You have an amazing asset in Abdul I couldn't have asked for more. In advance of lunch I bumped into Abdul in the foyer as I was looking lost he asked if i needed help it was at this point I said I needed to book for dinner. He didn't just point me in the direction but escorted me where I needed to go and waited until I was being seen. Without Abdul you would have had a complaint from me about the afternoon; however as it was he was truly amazing and i could not have asked for more of him; however his colleagues need to take a leaf out of his book. If customer service isn't their forte then they should not be in the hospitality business
