Hello Budapest,
My name is Leo, Your Highness.
We haven’t met yet, but I finally have arrived to Budapest and I would like to let you in some secrets about me, just to make sure you will recognize me when the time will come. I have a very strong feeling about you and me spending this summer together.
So, who am I…
I am coming from a large and highly sophisticated family, but if I am honest I was always the black sheep around. Nothing serious - of course, I mean from my part. :P I am eager to swim against the flow and to do what others may not even dream or think of trying.
I love to travel, to get to know other cultures and people from all around the world. I love to eat…oh my God all those amazing flavors and colors of the world.
So, I highly recommend you not to leave me hanging and meet me at the top of Hotel Clark , where I can show you the most amazing view to our gorgeous city.

Great place We got the outside balcony and the views are amazing Worth going before sunset and seeing in the evening as it gets dark

We arrived at 7pm for our drinks and meal and the staff were really friendly. We did expect to be sat outside as the view inside was limited unless you stood up due to the windows/beams. When asked if we could be moved outside as there were tables available we were told they would ask there manager as they had reservations but we had also reserved a table and were there before other guests so didn’t understand why we couldn’t have been moved however we still had a lovely time. I ordered a pornstar martini which was lovely and for starter we had the chilli and garlic prawns which were delicious. For the main we had the mini angus beef burgers which were unreal! Our bill for one cocktail, a beer, the starter and two of the mains came to around £85 pounds which I thought was slightly over priced but obviously your also paying for the view which we didn’t really get to see. Overall we had a lovely experience and the food was really good we were just slightly disappointed with where our table was.

We had reserved a table on the rooftop so we could admire a beautiful view. To our surprise, we weren't on the terrace but inside. So we asked to change seats because several tables were free. We were refused because the tables were reserved, but we also had a reservation. Also, the servers were very rude. I therefore do not recommend this "rooftop" where tourists are poorly received and where prices are very high, especially when you hope to find yourself on a terrace with a breathtaking view but you find yourself inside, behind a window with the other customers of the bar as a view.

Fantastic view and service. But the food needs to be improved. The three burgers - that looked so god - where the same and dry meat. It should have been 3 different burgers and “juicy”.

First visit here with my mum. Our initial table we were given was small and cramped inside, very warm too.. I asked to be moved outside once a table became available and we got moved. The wine and food was delicious, very tasty and well cooked and presented. The menu we felt was a little confusing which meant we had to wait on our mash and rice to complete our meal. For example, my main was fillet mignon skewers, truffle mash and pak choi. In brackets it said sides not included but that wasn’t clear that the mash or pak choi didn’t come with it but only the meat so we did t want an extra side thinking the mash and pak choi was included but when it came the meat was on its own. Not overly clear… Overall our visit was lovely with a spectacular view..

Very nice terrace and location. Food average. Service extremely bad. Accused us of having ordered first and second course at the same time even though we clearly wanted to have it separate as a first and then later as a second. Absolute no-go for such an establishment. SHAME on you!

Had home made gnocchi with Angus tenderloin. The taste was 'asian style' rather than 'italian' and it was surprisingly good. The tenderloin was prepared perfectly. My partner had vegan burgers, they were simple but good. The fries on the side were very poor which was surprising for a place like this. They were oily and tough.

Luckily I'd booked for 1 of the extremely limited number of outside tables. The website suggests pretty much an outdoor rooftop experience....I'd say 15% outdoors with remaining indoors minus any decent view. House cocktails were very pleasant if not a little pricey , as cocktails tend to be. Small selection of foods available as I was already aware of. Proper meals need to be taken in bistro on ground level. Staff were very attentive and friendly.
