Great food and service.
We have dined here many times over the years and the food has always been delicious and the service efficient. I am so glad they have reopened after Covid 19 closure.
Staff was great, very friendly and lunch was good
We had a terrific meal of soup, oysters and clams, haddock and stuffed shrimp. Service was excellent and the restaurant was quiet and uncrowded for an early Friday dinner in October. Everything was fresh and well prepared.
I ordered the crab combo. Wow! The scallops were so sweet and the crab cake was equally as good as I remembered. The wedge is different now substituting smoked salmon for bacon. Same smoky goodness. Loved my meal! Server was young, jovial with blonde curly hair. Very accommodating. Can't wait to go back.
We had an early 4:00 dinner reservation. Only 4-5 tables were occupied. The food was great (Lobster Mac & Cheese and Surf & Turf with Stuffed Shrimp). The waitress provided excellent service. We will return!
Nice place, great service, good food! When we mentioned that we were celebrating an anniversary, our server Destiny sad dessert would be free!
We had excellent service food and ambiance. would definitely tell others
Our waitress, Laura, was super nice and very informative. It had been a while since we visited, we tried during COVID but I was closed. The CEO, Oliver Munday, sat next to us at dinner. That was cool.
They ran out of local whitefish for the fisherman platter and calamari. They corrected the problem by giving extra scallops and shrimp. The
Friendly, earnest service, but not consistently above average. Fresh oysters very good, but other dishes (clam chowder, sole, haddock) carefully prepared but basically average.
Laura is a wonderful server! Always enjoy dining here.
Was very disappointed on our latest visit. Have eaten here many times before. Fried calamari was overly salted (and should be served with something OTHER than tartar sauce - think marinara or an aioli. Advertised an IPA on draft that was not available (no IPA was). We were told there was no bread available (not that we necessarily wanted it, but how does LEGAL not have access to bread?). Unfortunately the experience was so disappointing that we've taken it off of our go to list. There are too many other places out there....
Both fried and baked haddock was dry. Lobster Mac and cheese was amazing.
The seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection. The wait staff was super friendly and attentive. Overall, a wonderful dining experience.
The food was delicious and our server Lamar was excell
The food was delicious & the service was excellent!!
The food was terrible. It was an expensive bill and it was not worth it. Will not go back.
Legal never disappoints. My server was fantastic as were the food and my Sangria! So happy that you are now open for lunch on weekends!
Need to bring the raw bar back. Place I think came there in 2004. Needs renovation. Too dark. Tablecloths would help. Needs to be commensurate with price. I’ve been a regular thru the years.
Eating at Legal Seafood is always a delightful treat. We enjoyed the fresh-baked stuffed lobster and oh-so-good sides! Our server and the wait-staff were super friendly. A delightful time for all.
Was a nice place. Enjoy the meal would go again. Portions could be bigger
The food and the service were wonderful and they were very considerate of my wife who has celiac and requires a gluten-free meal.
Crying baby at next table can ruin a good meal! Otherwise great service and way above average food.
Oysters were good.
Service was great.
Entrees were a bit bland. Both mine and my wife’s entrees needed something… maybe salt I don’t know. I’m typically not a salt guy but it seemed like the food was just one step away from being great. Little disappointed there but overall good.
Prices were probably on point if the food was amazing, but it wasn’t.
We’ll try out a few more places before heading back over there, but I wouldn’t say it’s off our list.
Our server Alexis was excellent, attentive and responsive. The food was great as always.
We enjoyed our evening and our dinner. The restaurant was reasonably full. The servers were masked. It was nice to have Legal Seafood open again as it is very nice casual place for seafood. My wife particularly liked her red Sangria. The white wine by the glass selection was a bit weak. I though there was too much Sauvignon blanc based wines by the glass and wish they had had at least one by the glass Alsace, Chablis or Meursault option available. My wife and I really enjoyed our fried calamari appetizer. I thought that my breaded fried clams main dish were a bit too breaded and the taste of the clam was missing in many of the pieces. This is not a dish I would order again. My wife really enjoyed her grilled salmon with Cajon spice. The French fries were excellent. We split the key lime pie dissert. It was fantastic. Our server was great
This is one of my favorite restaurants. I ordered the new shrimp scampi- but sorry to report it was bland. Everything else was GREAT! We will come again, I have to find a number favorite disk. Staff was great.
I love this place, but came there when it were 2 groups of people that were really loud. I had the Gulf Market or the lobster stuffed with scallops and shrimp. I was a waste of time and money. I would have done better getting a lobster roll.
Was sadly disappointed with my visit yesterday to Legal Seafoods in King of Prussia. After a lengthy close from COVID, I was happy to learn they had reopened. Our reservation was at 6:00 and barely a handful of guests were in the restaurant which I found somewhat surprising.
After looking at the menu, I noticed one of our long time favorites, the cream of crab soup which i looked forward to enjoying (and the main reason for the visit) was no longer on the menu. A lobster soup has replaced the cream of crab. HUGE mistake in my opinion. Crab has immensely more flavor than lobster and holds up better in soup, but I digress. Our waiter tried to explain the scaled down menu which reflected both food and drink items no longer available as well as a few new items. Prices seemed slightly higher compared to preCOVID.
My Caesar salad was ok but barely had dressing and I asked for more. What I received was very good, and looked and tasted different from what was on the salad. Overall I was disappointed with the visit and hope somehow the vibrant atmosphere and more extensive menu return. Probably won’t go back anytime soon.
Our service was top notch this evening. We had oysters which were fresh and delicate. The table ordered several new items off the menu. Everything was fresh and properly cooked. The filet mignon was delicious, the haddock was a large portion cooked just right and the stuffed shrimp were top notch and cooked just enough with a super delicious buerre blanc sauce.
Service was incredible. Very accommodating to dietary restrictions. Food and drinks were delicious.
What a great choice for our anniversary! Food was fantastic and our server top notch!
Wife and I were celebrating an anniversary. We decided to sit at the bar. Food was outstanding and the service was excellent. However, the was a lot of dirty dishes and glasses being managed at the bar. Seemed like there should be a better system for managing the bussing. Bartenders touched many dirty items then made very intricate hands on drinks with little hand washing in between.
Looks like things are getting back to normal at LSKOP. Menu is expanding to previous form and it was god to see familiar staff working again.
I was disappointed it was so much money. Hope they get back lunches
The Oysters were excellent! Servers were friendly and accomodating.
Excellent meal, attentive service! So glad they are back open!!!!
The service was fantastic, but unfortunately the food was not.
So nice to be back at Legal Seafood after the 15 month absent. Excellent food, fantastic service!
