   What an amazing food experience! Each item on the tasting menu was superbly created and presented, and the wine pairings were just perfect. We consider their tasting menu among the very best we've had in our years of travel. The service matched the food - quietly exceptional. The restaurant is lovely, understated and comfortable. Eating at Le Pigeon will be one of my favorite memories of our vacation in Portland!

   Everything about Le Pigeon was incredible. The food was absolutely outstanding, perfectly portioned, and the flavors were so well balanced. Already cannot wait for another visit.

   Another amazing meal at Le Pigeon. The Profiterole is amazing every single time I go there. Menu changes constantly. Always freshest and inventive

   We really enjoyed the flavors in the Trout Glaçage and Wagyu Zabuton course. The Foie Gras Profiterole was surprisingly delicious, too. There were too many competing flavors in the Foie Gras (supplement), for us. We also felt the tables were too close for patrons to enjoy a more private conversation. Server's behind nearly knocked things off our table. For the same price we have enjoyed meals with outstanding views overlooking Boulder, CO, with front of the house staff in black and white, linen table cloth and napkins, and personalized menus. Staff at Le Pigeon were attentive, welcoming, and friendly.

   One of the best menus we have enjoyed in a long time, and certainly the most affordable for the quality of food and service you get. The non-alcoholic pairing was the biggest surprise - absolutely outstanding.

    We were a party of 6. All aspects of our visit were superb. A fabulous culinary experience. Each course was a memorable experience including the presentation, the textures in one’s mouth, the delicious complexity of each dish, along with tasty, drinkable unusual wine choices with each course. The table favorite was the Chilean sea bass. I savored each bite. Another favored the trout, another favored the Wagu beef. The service was attentive and informed. Our bread basket was filled several times. We were gifted extra courses. Such a treat. We plan to celebrate future special events at this very fine restaurant.
