From the OpenTable editors: When Le Pigeon opened in 2006, it put Portland on the culinary map. The best seats in the intimate, brick-walled dining room are at the chef’s counter, where you’ll get a front row view of multi-James Beard Award-winner Gabriel Rucker’s dazzling, French-forward dishes. Cap the evening with playful desserts that could include foie gras profiteroles or a glass from the luscious Oregon- and French-centric wine list.

We’ve been driving down to Portland from Seattle for the sole reason to have dinner at Le Pigeon at least once a year since (l think) 2015. We brought friends with us for last night’s dinner. They couldn’t stop gushing about their experience food & the experience today. Well worth the drive EVERY time!!

A mom daughter night well spent! We often venture around the PNW looking for am amazing dinner or experience. Le Pigeon delivered both. The Chef's Table experience did not disappoint. From walking through the door to every dish that was served, we had a lovely time. Noise levels were appropriate enabling good conversation between each experience, wine paring suggestions were spot on and engaging with the culinary team was fantastic. If you're looking for a dinner experience that will make you melt, this is your place.
