Delicious Though the menu is not huge, each item is well-prepared, authentic French food. The staff is attentive without interfering. Tables are small, portions are reasonable, not large American portions.

Good food and the owner is a great person to have a chat with. Everything went alright except timing. After our appetizers, main entrees took over an hour. Total dining time was about 2 hrs and a half. Probably something specific to that evening...

Our meal started with lobster bisque for me and escargot for my husband. Both were delicious. The bread was dreadful but the butter shaped into a rose was fabulous. I had arctic char which was OK, but the side dish was weirdly flavorless, almost like it came from a freezer, and the beurre blanc was blanc. My husband had chicken. Again, OK, but without inspiration. We got the feeling that the joy in cooking was lost here. The servers were lovely and professional. The decor is a bit over the top and cheap, but festive if you didn't look too close.

We had a great experience at Le Petit Paris. We were greeted warmly and treated like old friends by everyone. My 6 year old son was welcomed as a valued customer and had a great experience. The owner arranged a special plate to accommodate his tastes and it made the whole evening a special treat for all of us. Our food was perfectly prepared and the ambiance was quiet and cozy. We can't wait to return again and again.
