   First time at Le Petit Beefbar, service was good but food was average for the price we would think it should have been better. The KFC chicken appetizer was shy on chicken and heavy on breading, the sauce that came with it was good. Baby quesadillas were probably the best part of our meal. The steak was cooked properly but was a bit cold when it hit our table, side of fries and veggies was small.

   All main dish orders were way over cooked and tasteless. Very disappointed overall.

   From the moment we walked in to the last minute the experience of dining here was perfect. It was our anniversary dinner and the staff couldn't be better. The meal itself and choices were outstanding. What we admired the most was the staff's knowledge of every dish and where it came from and how it was made. The restaurant is beautiful and service very attentive and discreet at the same time. My husband and I had magical time here, and would highly recommend your dining experience to anyone. We certainly be back 😊 Thank you very much!

   The ambiance was charming and the food was very good especially the Rib eye and the Sirloin steaks. The waiter, Finbar, was very attentive and friendly. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. It was the best meal we had in Edinburgh this past week.

   Had Easter lunch with my family of 7! The service, Sunday roast and the music made it such a fun and great experience! Good value for money, I would go back!

   Great steak frites in Edinburgh. And the dessert is amazing as well. Cocktails are great but on the pricier side for Edinburgh

    An interesting venue as it was bright and vibrant with a slightly confusing menu. We were described the tasting concept but inn actual fact as a larger table it would have been better to explain that all dishes are made for two people so not really suitable for sharing between 10! Service was attentive at times but badly managed and several times we were asked or offered items two or three times by different staff. In short it would have been better to describe the menu as shared between two for each plate and that the chef does not (prefers not) serve all items at once so people will have to wait and should eat when items arrrive.
