This two-Michelin-starred restaurant offers a unique gastronomic experience, where classic elegance meets exceptional cuisine. Under the direction of Alain Ducasse, Chef Amaury Bouhours presents contemporary French cuisine with a menu of short titles, in line with the cuisine's focus on the products themselves. With the "Collection" menu, diners can discover the essence of the restaurant Le Meurice Alain Ducasse's cuisine through a seven-course journey.                                     Definitely the highlight of my trip to Paris. Outstanding , in every possible way. The food was exceptional, the staff was top of their games, and the decor speaks for itself.
