The George, a Michelin-starred establishment, offers a friendly and sharing gastronomic experience orchestrated by the indispensable chef Simone Zanoni. A journey between the French Riviera and Italy, in a chic and trendy setting. In his refined creations inspired by traditional Mediterranean cuisine, Simone blends his inherent sense of product with his transalpine culture and his taste for bold flavors. Alongside him, Italy's best sommelier Francesco Cosci oversees a menu rich with over 1000 references of Italian bottles, the largest collection in France.

At Le George, the Michelin-starred cuisine is accompanied by a strong commitment: offer a unique eco-responsible and virtuous experience to guests. Vegetables from the restaurant's garden that adorn the plates, mushrooms harvested from coffee grounds and cooked... initiatives aimed at sensitizing guests to the heartfelt cause championed by the chef and his team.

    Très bonne cuisine et un mention toute particulière pour les tortellini carbonara la torta di mele…. Le service est exceptionnel comme espéré dans ce genre d’établissement !

    We had the Tasting menu overall excellent tasting and presentation. Only issues we had 9:45 reservation and we very not seated 10:05 and asked to go to the bar to wait. For such high quality and high prices the timing should be better or a an apology given we never received a sorry or even a glass of wine nothing was offered. That is the reason I will not return I made it on time you should have my table ready and if not say sorry at least

    We were celebrating an anniversary and the team at Le George went out of their way to help us celebrate, especially our lovely server Alexander. We were seated in the best seat in the house at the back corner of the terrace which reminded me of being in an actual Italian Piazza. we chose the tasting menu and they gave us a full 3 hours to enjoy it. They thought of special details like an additional dessert of vanille icecream in a chocolate cup with a candle and a chocolate plaque wishing us Happy annaiversary. The sommelier recommended a wonderful Northern Italian white wine that went well with each course. The food was excellent and went from subltle flavors in the crudo starters to intense flavors in the desserts. The Pistachio Semi freddo was incredible. The Gazpacho with Fresh Buffalo Ricotta was a stand out as well as the Candied Tart Tartine. I especaiily appreciated the Saffron Arancini with the Tuna Tartar. The Veal chop was cooked perfectly. My HUsband really enjoyed the Sea Bass and loved the subtle touch of truffle flavoring. We were so blessed to be given a bottle of the Chef's specail Olive oil which we had admired. The beauty of the Hotel itself and the restaurant with all the Fresh Purple Flowers made this an encanting evening all together which we will never forget.

    Cuisine remarquable mais service pas suffisamment attentionné à notre goût ; finalement il restera un sentiment de déception à l'issue de cette expérience.

    Nous avons été déçus par le service. Vin servi à température ambiante … très moyen pour un restaurant de ce standing. On vous dépose de la friture sur la table en amuse bouche…. L’entrée et les plats étaient cependant très bons.
