The George, a Michelin-starred establishment, offers a friendly and sharing gastronomic experience orchestrated by the indispensable chef Simone Zanoni. A journey between the French Riviera and Italy, in a chic and trendy setting. In his refined creations inspired by traditional Mediterranean cuisine, Simone blends his inherent sense of product with his transalpine culture and his taste for bold flavors. Alongside him, Italy's best sommelier Francesco Cosci oversees a menu rich with over 1000 references of Italian bottles, the largest collection in France.

At Le George, the Michelin-starred cuisine is accompanied by a strong commitment: offer a unique eco-responsible and virtuous experience to guests. Vegetables from the restaurant's garden that adorn the plates, mushrooms harvested from coffee grounds and cooked... initiatives aimed at sensitizing guests to the heartfelt cause championed by the chef and his team.

    This was the highlight meal during our trip to Paris. The staff was wonderful. The food was great and we loved the ambiance.

    Very underwhelming experience. We booked the main dining room but we seated off to the side in an area that overlooked the patio. My pool chairs at home are nicer than the ones they have. Anyway our first course was actually three course all brought out at the same time. A lot like a Chinese restaurant does when you order your food. After that each course was brought out separately. The food was bland, some of the presentations were well done others fell far short in my opinion. Overall I would stay away from this restaurant as it is not a Michelin star event in my opinion.

    La comida en general muy bien, el servicio pésimo, pasaba mucho tiempo antes de que nos retiraran los platos sucios, más de media hora para llevarnos los platos principales, no se esmeraron en atendernos bien ni ser cordiales
