I am always satisfied with the food prep and service. The menu selections are wonderful! My favorite thus far has been the deep fried deviled eggs. Yumm-o! I will be back.

Food was outstanding. Great value for the price as well. However, we were told that we could no longer bring a bottle of wine to share with dinner due to the school's new policy. Isn't pairing a great bottle of wine with dinner part of what culinary students should experience? It isn't a great gourmet experience for the patron either when my salmon is paired with a Pepsi. Why not charge me a corking fee and use those proceeds in your programs? Then dim the lights a little for some ambiance, and charge $10 more per person.

Our service was fantastic! The server was very engaging and informative. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and thoroughly explained each course as it arrived at the table. Do keep in mind that these are all culinary arts students, not career waitstaff; they are required to gain this experience in each area of a dining establishment. As such, your server may be quiet or shy, or not what you would typically expect from a server! Be kind to them! Each course of the meal was served in the proper order and well spaced between courses. All of the items were served at the appropriate temp. We had no complaints whatsoever as all of the food was excellent.

My son and I really enjoyed the lunch service. we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the whole experience. We loved being able to ask about the program and food. We will definitely be back again. We are looking forward to reserving a spot for the dinner service when they start up again.

This was such a fun experience, interacting with 1st year students who seated and served and answered our questions. The food was delicious, especially the appetizer and main entrée. We tried the Vietnamese pho noodle soup for our entrées and it was flavorful and filled with lots of tasty ingredients. We chose the French apple tart for dessert. It needs more practice but was very pretty. The tart crust shell was dry & crumbly and tasted like raw flour and apples not done. It was cold and needed more moisture and flavor. But this is school and even seasoned chefs have off days or items. We will be back!
