Le Bistro is one of our perennial favorites in Incline Village. The meals are delectable, upscale, and consistently outstanding. We enjoy going to Le Bistro for anniversaries and birthdays and dining with close friends. The staff is friendly and paces serving to maximize your experience (never rushed). The restaurant excels at European charm in a quaint setting. If you're a fan of lobster bisque, it is a must-have during your dining experience. And, say hello to Javier!

This is our favorite restaurant. Everything is fresh and of the highest quality. The waiters are friendly and attentive. The room is quiet -- perfect for conversation. Tables are spaced nicely. For a four course dinner (with a starter and puffy fries always added free), expect to take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. It's not slow service -- there's just no rush, and entrees are prepared individually. This visit I had the pate, a salad, filet mignon and the desserts while my wife had a salad and the salmon special. The filet came with a few delicate onion rings and a cabernet reduction sauce (the standard presentation). Perfectly medium rare and perfectly tender. Oh yeah, the bread, which is made on site by the chef's girlfriend is a special treat.

The entire event was wonderful. Javier our waiter was terrific and very professional. We Had a filet entree and also a salmon disk. Both were perfectly cooked. David the owner came over to inquire how our meal was and we said amazing. If you haven’t been there yet. You have to go and try to e escargot.

The food is fantastic. Authentic French dishes with the chefs personal flair. Service was excellent. Loved the pork tenderloin and veal chop special. A little gem in incline village.

Our Review •Waiter was great •Owner/Chef should dress to the standards of his restaurant/staff and clientele •Foie Gras starter was very good. My gnocchi starter was not. WAY to dense. The sauce however saved the dish. Our entrees, Rack of Lamb was excellent, but the Duck was a little overcooked. Time didn’t allow us to mention it to the staff. •Would definitely return.

Dinner for four was delicious - Special veal entrees, filet mignon and pork tenderloin. Appetizers, soup , salad and dessert were terrific. Service was professional and friendly. Great place to enjoy a meal and also celebrate a birthday.

Choices of food and wine were pretty good, I had lobster soup, foi gras and the scallops. All dishes were served very hot and my suspect is that it was heated in the microwave. I might be wrong, but this would not be what I would expect from a restaurant this style. My neighbours were a little loud, but just bareable.

LeBistro is a favorite for us. The food has been outstanding. We had the scallops last night...they were incredibly delicious. Highly recommend them, along with the rack of lamb. Professional, friendly servers just add to the experience. It's a beautiful place for a special occasion. Definitely a treat for locals and visitors alike!

The Bistro is without a doubt the best restaurant in Incline Village. The entire experience from when you walk in the door is first rate. My wife and I both had the tasting menu. I had crab cakes, Caesar salad, the lamb, and the dessert plate. Every course was perfectly cooked and presented. The chef also brought us a few treats before the meal and between courses. One of the best meals I've had in a long time.

Quaint and somewhat hidden, this place is a gem. We've been enjoying our visits here for years, and Le Bistro never fails to impress. The halibut is easily the best I've ever had. Coquille St. Jacques also a winner. Great service and ambience, a very pleasant place to spend the evening.

This place has been a long-time Tahoe gem. We have come here many times over the years and were very pleased to find that the new ownr-chef, David, is continuing with the same fine cuisine and warm, elegant ambience. The prixe fix menu offers a wide variety of choices and everything we had was delicious and attracively plated. The wine list is also remarkable with a huge selection of quality wines. We only wish that we lived closer so that we could come here more often.

Adjusting my original 3 Star rating to 1 Star given the restaurant’s dismissive response to my review and now loss of a customer. Too bad they chose to only see the honest criticism of our experience and not the positive reinforcements mentioned. Perhaps it was a one off night, as we have had good meals there before, but I stand by my original comments: Menu on Open Table completely out of date. No longer a tasting menu of 5 courses for $70, now 4 for $80 and no drink pairings available. This visit was total disappointment from our last visit. We did 4 course tasting. Smoked salmon app was dry. Wedge salad was a yellow leafed, only 3 pieces of 1/2 cherry tomatoes, and a very bland blue cheese dressing; only the bacon wrapped date was good. Filet was perfectly cooked and good size and cut, but totally flavorless. Cheese for dessert was good. Wine choices were good. Service was excellent. Doubt I would return considering the numerous new choices in Incline Village.

Any menus online are posted by a third party and therefore outdated. Please call for a daily menu! This diner didn’t seem to care for anything,. Very strange… Most people like fresh crunchy lettuce with Real Roquefort dressing, and Royal Scottish Salmon with crème fraiche and caper dressing. And tasty Prime Filet Mignon with Cabernet and port reduction. We also offer Lobster bisque en croute, fresh oysters, foile gras, Duck Comfit, Coq au Vin, Coquilles St. Jacques, Lamb Rack, Veal Chops, and Fresh Fish. House made desserts, bread, and wonderful cheeses. After 30 years in business we wish shared success to our new Incline Village neighbors,

Great meal at Le Bistro. Javier and Paul served us and owner / Chef David visited us multiple times to discuss wine, food and Incline Village! We went for the 4 course meal ... OMG! What a value! The Pate and Mushroom Gnocchi appetizer, the Lobster Bisque pastry Soup...the salads... and the Veal Chop for me and the Halibut for my wife! Phenomenal! We skipped desert :-) Will be back!

Loved this place. Super convenient - we walked from the Hyatt Casino. The food was excellent. Our favorites were the Caviar with potato pancake (worth the upcharge), the tomato soup, the tuna and hamachi stack, and the halibut. The unusual (hollow) french fries they serve are also excellent.

Food and presentation was exceptional as always. Service was also. Noise level unfortunately was terrible due to a large party sitting next to us. This is a small, quaint location to have a quiet dinner. The behavior of the large party was better suited for a sports bar. They had no consideration for the other people in the restaurant.

Another great meal and experience at Le Bistro. I tried the Ahi appetizer and it was delicious. Also tried the Lamb Chops for the first time. They were fabulous but I had to take some home as the portions were very generous. Service was attentive but still allowed for an enjoyable meal and evening. About as good as it gets.

The service and food was wonderful! The only thing I will do differently next time, is to order alacarte. Although the selection for the 4 course dinner was amazing, it was too much food for us. But the good news is that we had an excellent lunch the next day with leftovers!
