We've been coming here for our Anniversary for years. So nice to have it back in "normal" business. Good job David!
Wonderful food and the staff is great. Really enjoyed the selection of wines.
Great place, great food. I highly recommend a visit.
We enjoyed an excellent delicious dinner at Le Bistro on Friday night. I had pear arugula salad and Coquilles St. Jacques. The Scallops were tender and smothered in a scrumptious creamy sauce with mushrooms. My husband had leek & beet soup, baby lettuce salad and lamb chops. The lamb was done to perfection. The cheesy profiteroles and veggie flatbread for starters was a treat as well as the potato puffs. The wait staff was attentive & experienced. We both agreed it the best dinner at a restaurant in a long time. We will be back.
Fantastic experience, the food was delicious especially the lobster bisque! Service was excellent, I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area!
Diverse menu with mix of california and french wines. The oysters were perfectly fresh, the pate rich in flavor and the duck was delicate and delicious. Great service and solid value in a quaint setting.
Wish they would change the menu every once in a while.
Stunning menu, so intimate and cozy. Love this place. Lots of extra special touches, amuses. Exceeded expectations every single time! We come every singe time we come to Tahoe. Oddball location which makes it all the more special and intimate.
We had a lovely anniversary dinner at Le Bistro. Everything was perfect from the soup to the dessert. A special shout out for the borscht. It was outstanding. And the papaya salad with lobster was out of this world. Chef David picked a great Italian red for us that we loved. We couldn’t have had a better evening.
We had the 5 course dinner--the staff was amazing--brought each course out shortly after we finished the prior one ! Not sure how they did it but they did ! And the home made bread--yum--could have easily bought a loaf or two to bring home.
Food is delightful, tasty, nice presentation. Ate all 5 courses lots of choices. Lobster bisque with puff pastry on top is a wonderful starter. We had 4 different entrees each was delicious and expertly prepared. Nice tasting of 4 different desserts.
A special occasion. The food and drinks were spectacular. So happy the fried potato s made it back on the menu. Special treat.
Hard to find fault with anything. Diverse French menu with lovely extra touches! Everyone really tries to make your evening great, and they did!
The papaya and lobster salad was FAB!!!!! Hope it is a new regular item!!!
Very well prepared and presented dishes. Great service ad attention to detail. Coming off of in-door dining restrictions, Le Bistro was a pure treat, that we would like to repeat.
Service was top notch! The city lost power midway through dinner but the staff didn’t miss a beat and continued to serve food and set up lights and candles. Overall, enjoyed the homey decor and lovely appetizers on the house as well!
Le Bistro has the highest quality food in Incline Village. Their chef is creative - the food was delicious and presented beautifully.
Really great meal - loved the high quality food and presentation in a relaxed atmosphere.
The food was very good. The corkage fee was $20.00. They were seating people 6 feet apart very enjoyable overall .
In the time of Covid, this was an incredible place. It is a small house in Incline Village and is a little bit of a drive from South Lake Tahoe. The food was great, especially the oyster. We could not get enough. Prices were very reasonable and service was great.
Would go back in a heart beat. If I lived in Tahoe I would be in there once a week
The food, ambiance, service were all excellent! Looking forward to returning very soon.
The absolute best food in Tahoe. It was unbelievable! I’m still dreaming if the lobster bisque and dessert!
The food and service is always outstanding, transports you to a small French Bistro in the French countryside, a gem right in Incline Village, David (Chef) and his team add to the charm of the beauty!
Such a hidden gem in Incline!
Le Bistrot at Incline Village was wonderful. The food was delicious (foie gras and magret de canard for my wife and eggplant ratatoille and gnocchi for me, being a vegetarian). We had a very good Saint Emilion (Clos de l'Oratoire), very reasonably priced. And the service was excellent, especially given that the restaurant was very busy. Very well worth the drive.
In these crazy times, Le Bistro did a wonderful job at making us feel safe. David has kept the vibe and food consistent with the original menu from the founding family of Le Bistro.
Delicious food, went with the 5 course menu and everything was spot on. They didn’t give us the exact same dessert when we picked the dessert trio so the variety was much appreciated. Can’t wait to go back.
Lovely and charming restaurant. Could definitely use some updating. The food is delicious! But to go for a nice dinner the drab and dated ambiance is a bit disappointing. Wouldn’t take much to make it stand out like the delicious food and make for a very special dining experience.
Really enjoyed the food at Le Bistro and the service was great too!
My wife and I have been coming to Le Bistro for at least 15 years. It has remained a wonderful experience, with amazing food and an outstanding wine list. The service is great, the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, a great place to eat!
What a great little find in Incline Village! With all of the CA restaurants closed for indoor dining, I took my wife to Le Bistro for our anniversary. Service was outstanding, and the food was great! And at the end, they gave us chocolates that said happy anniversary on them! (All I did was mention our anniversary in the OpenTable reservation - never said anything to the staff). Will absolutely go there again!
This place is awesome..... perfection at every serving course! I recommend this place!
Very friendly, good service
Would have given food 4.5. Really delicious but maybe not quite as 5 as last month when we were there. Vegetarian nice meal! We will be back
We LOVE this restaurant! Everything is perfect - the food and number of choices offered, the service, pace of serving food, very peaceful and cozy setting!
Le Bistro was a perfect place for our family to celebrate Christmas Eve. The food was delicious and during Covid , a welcome ambiance.
Everything was exceptional. We will be back!
A great find in Incline Village. Food, service & prices. Will look forward our next visit.
Le Bistro was the best restaurant we frequented in 5 nights in Tahoe. The food was exemplary in taste and presentation. The menu was creative--I wanted to try every one of the appetizers. The service was top notch. If I lived in the Tahoe area, I would be at the restaurant every week. I can't say enough good things about it.
It's our 4th time visiting the restaurant and we are always delighted with the experience. The lamb loin was outstanding and the service was perfect! We'll be back!
