    We arrived at the restaurant at 8:00 PM. There were two young men outside of the restaurant smoking. they greeted us. The restaurant was empty. They told us that their credit card machine was down and that we would need to pay cash. They told us where the closest ATM machines were. They offered to escort us to the machine. We said we were OK on our own. We did go to get cash but thought better of having dinner there. In Paris there are so many options. We weren't sure what the story was. The description seemed a bit upscale, men requiring jackets. These two young me did even have black jackets or vest on. So no review here - Open Table should do a better research job here.

    Excellent service Excellente cuisine Très calme ce soir là (idéal si c est cela que l’on recherche ) Probablement plus animé à d’autres moments Très bonne adresse

    We love the restaurant but our OpenTable reservation for Feb 14 was not in their system. It was Valentine’s Day so you can imagine the crowd. We don’t know whose fault it was but someone — either you or the restaurant— f’d up big time.

    We had a booking on new years eve i made 2 reservations though google and open table i called them day before and checked with the waitress to confirm if it has been booked she said yes you are booked in see you tomorrow , when we came the guy who works there he was so rude he said oh we can't see any booking on booking table excuse me sir but i called you guys yesterday and i spoke with one of the workers and she said it has been booked i get it was new year busy but don't say you have booked us , and after all people were leaving because of the bad service and the guy said is fine we got you table so we were waiting for him to sit us and at then other people came and he took them over us waisted our time we wouldn't be complaining if it was normal day but new year eve come waisted our time taxi and at the end we had to look everywhere for a place to eat and sit.

    Choqués. Arnaque.La pire expérience de notre vie gastronomique. Jour de l'an. Dîner de réveillon du 31.12 Après 1 heure d'attente nous n'étions toujours pas servis, ni même pris les commandes. Nous avons du partir sans même une excuse de leur part. Les serveurs sont des extras non professionnelles, la cuisine ne fonctionne pas et n'arrive pas à sortir les plats pour notre dîner. Un vrai désastre. Cet établissement ne peut pas avoir toutes ces bonnes notes réellement...ce n'est pas possible

    They ruined our New Years Eve. First they denied the reservation and tried to turn us away. I had to show the confirmation email from Open Table. We were reluctantly given a tiny table on the sidewalk in the freezing cold outside. Took 20 minutes just to have a waiter come over. After ordering a bottle of water, Champaigne and a bottle of wine and a cheese platter to start had received nothing another 20 minutes later. All we got then was a speech on specials. The cheese was horrible and the Champaigne not so great. The strawberries that were promised were not served at all instead of being appropriately cut and in a tall Champaigne glass. Instead the glasses were bowl shaped and the strawberries delivered later separately cut in half like a lump. At this time we booked dinner at another restaurant and they coujd not get us the check for another 20 minutes as their system was down. Then they gave me a check from another table with several food items that was clearly not ours. During the one hour and 15 minute waste of time at this place there was now a long line of people who had also booked a table online and all of them were rudely turned away by the 5 foot zero make manager who said ‘sorry system, over booked, not working, nothing I can do’ and with a shrug of his shoulder and arms in the air he ushered everyone away. I noticed they were using their own booking system not the open table computer, monitor and software. They are giving preference to their own clients that they themselves generate and any that come from Open Table are either turned away like tonight or given the worst table and the worst service. This restaurant should be removed from Open Table permanently and irrevocably as they do not honor confirmed reservations and treat customers who book through Open Table like second class citizens. It is appalling that they are getting away with this kind of behavior. I would not go back there if they actually paid me to dine there. The worst restaurant.

    Extremely attentive staff. The food was creative and the flavor combinations were exquisite. It was to be a 7 course tasting and it ended up being 12. Truly exceptional.

    The restaurant and food were great, but when we got there, they didn't have my reservation because they said they don't take reservations from OpenTable. Luckily, they weren't that busy, and we had no problem getting a lovely seat outside.
