   The food was delicious. The service was wonderful and the chef was very welcoming. The property was stunning with the vines.

   We went to the LCR Bistro to celebrate a birthday on a Tuesday night. We were the only ones in the restaurant, which was just fine with us. This gave us a chance to talk to the owner, Dave, and his lovely wife, Kathy. They were our hosts, servers and chefs. The food was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening at the Bistro. We will definitely go back.

   I love this place. The atomophere is relaxing but elegant with a beautiful view of a vineyard and the Hill County. The Beef Short Ribs with the Malbec Demiglace was the most tender and tasty short ribs I'v ever eaten. They have a great wine selection to pair with their dishes. Service is the freindly and timely. I will definitely be returning. It's a gem in the Hill Country for fine dining. Dave and Kathy are the best host and hostess that make you feel at home in their lovely restaurant.
