   The service is great.. the staff extremely friendly and the food is just delicious…The ambiance is wonderful.. i had a blast and will repeat hopefully soon..❤️

   The service was horrible , the waiter didn’t write our order down but relied on his memory which obviously failed as he forgot half the things we ordered. Then I had to wait 40 minutes for our cocktails to arrive and when we asked where the rest of our dishes are he went on to say that there was a mix up with the tables and they weren’t added to our tab. But once we received the bill - the missing dishes somehow paper was on it even though ‘they weren’t added to our tab when we ordered’. Overall just poor service

   Very slow service. No one came over to order our drinks for 45 minutes upon arrival. Very expensive also and lack of communication.

   One of the best dining and Shisha experiences EVER! And I go out A LOT! Staff are fantastic friendly welcoming and we never had to ask for anything. Cutlery was changed between courses, tea cups were served warm before we even poured. Service with a smile and even a bit of Russian history thrown in. Worth every penny and I will definitely be returning! Ace!
