   We went there to have shisha and a couple of drinks. The shisha and wines were ok, however everything was really slow. The place itself left some mixed feelings: in one hand it had a river view, in the other hand the other side is a view on a parking lot. The chairs there are metal chairs with no covers, which is not the best choice for 10 degrees really. The most unpleasant part was the fact they overcharged us: at first the waitress brought us a bill with 2 drinks we hadn’t ordered and the service charge including percentage for those, she agreed to remove them from the bill, though she didn’t change the service charge, so instead of 12,5% we unwillingly paid 17%. Disappointing.

   Apparently Shisha is not available during weekdays, and nobody informed us, despite the fact we have received the booking confirmation. We’ve been directed to another restaurant, but equally no Shisha is available. Then we were given a number to call, they basically said it’s not their fault, blamed open table. Appalling customer service, unbelievable!!

   We had aloo tikki chaat and chilli paneer as starters which were just delicious. The main course included dal tadka (brownie points for the taste here ) , and bhindi. Highlight of our time here was the Mango Lassi sheesha- out of the world !!!

   Good restaurant, but overpriced and service too slow. Paid £300 for just drinks and starters, and we were still overcharged by the lady working there. Good we noticed otherwise we would be charged someone elses drinks.

   Food was absolutely incredible and so was the service. Saag paneer and butter chicken were things we really recommend. The staff were absolutely lovely and friendly too. Shoutout to Ehsan for recommending great Shisha flavours, the guy really knows what is good! ☺️☺️
