Be cautious. We parked right by the front door and we were still broken into. Inside management can't help whatsoever. They have no access to the parking lot cameras. Not sure why they even have them set up.

Two birthdays

Celebrated my Mother-in-laws 95th birthday - service and food were, as always, AMAZING! Highly recommend the prime rib, creamed corn an buttered peas.

The Sunday Brunch menu is off the chart. Highly recommend trying it.

Service was off for Laurenzo’s. I think the waiter was not feeling well. Visit a month ago service was excellent as expected . One of the Chicken Fried veal cutlets was tough and stringy. Shrimp and grits were top notch. Been three times in the last three months. What has been great food and service over the last 6 or 8 years has been uneven, more so on food than service. Overdone fish, poorly constructed and over cooked meat on the French dip. Kitchen needs attention.

The prime rib was very good. The restaurant was quite noisy as there were many families there. I would not recommend this for a romantic dinner. Service was just okay as it was hard to get the waiter's attention. We were seated at a terrible table and I guess it was our fault that we did not ask to be moved immediately as the restaurant seemed quite busy. We ordered the grilled artichoke appetizer which was inedible and totally worthless. The crab claws were good. Prime rib for dinner was good as well. Would I go back, maybe.

Service and food outstanding

amazing as always! still the best steak in Houston!

I love coming here as the prime rib is excellent, the drinks are on point and one can’t get enough of their house made butter however, the past two times we have gone our servers (both men) were less than adequate. Forgive me, but for what you pay I would expect to not feel like I am putting the server out when I place my order or even ask for something in addition. I can see not all servers are like this, thankfully, so next time we will just have to special request a pleasant server who actually wants to wait on us.

It was a birthday- Valentine’s Day dinner, n it was the worst experience. We placed an order of chopped steak n it came out rare which my partner dislikes. We let the waiter know n he apologized & took it back. It returned once again- not cooked well. It was returned for the third time- burnt. I was done with my meal & my partner couldn’t even suggest returning it for the fourth time or order another meal. The manager approached us but didn’t even offer compensation. The waiter Koby at least tried his best with a wonderful dessert recommendation n offer to make my partner happy, but it didn’t turned out that way. He was completely unsatisfied for being a double celebration. No free dessert. No discount. Noting. Not returning. Completely unhappy.

We eat here all the time, so I don't even know how many reviews I have posted. The food is always fantastic and the service (Armando is our favorite!!) is always wonderful. Try the best creamed corn in town!

Laurenzo's provides excellent food and service. The restaurant is extrememly loud unless you arrive very early (around 5 p.m.). The noise level increases to beyond shouting level around 7 p.m. and later. Young parents with screaming children are the norm. The food is excellent however.

The outing was for couples date night. The food was amazing best steak ever from what my husband said 🤗

Because of the varied menu, Laurenzo’s is always a favorite for our group of friends. The food and service are consistently good. I had the Shrimp and Grits this time, and it was excellent! I claimed to too full for dessert, yet managed to eat several bites of the Italian Cream Cake because it was so yummy.

Fantastic restaurant with great food and wonderful employees! This is one of our favorite restaurants in Houston. The prime rib is fantastic (try it blackened) and the creamed cord is the best I have ever had. I have never had anything that wasn't wonderful! The best server is Armando (but they are all good). The manager, Beto, is also very nice and visits the tables to check on diners' experiences.

Best shrimp and grits in town. Also first time I have had brunch and it was really good and a great value.

We came to Laurenzo’s on our wedding anniversary dinner date. I made reservations at my husband’s request and included this information in the notes. The whole evening there was not a single acknowledgement of this by the hostess or wait staff. I was not looking for a free anything, just a nice (romantic, lol) night out with my husband. The funny thing is that we went during the Texans game. Our 8 month old was sleeping when we came to the restaurant, but that did not last long. All in all it was a great experience. The food was delicious and the cheering crowd did not take away from the time we were able to spend together. I will also say that the waiter was great, friendly and warm. Thank you for a great night out even if it did not go as planned.
