Great scenery, food and service
Visited latitudes for my birthday celebration, it was amazing. They definitely have the best views in key West. The ambience is great. The staff is super nice and helpful! Definitely recommend a visit here.
Lo mejor que puedo decir de este lugar no tengo palabras para decir como me sentí el servicio y la atención fueron las mejores sin contar la hermosa vista que tiene 😍
Unbelievable food, atmosphere, and fantastic service! Our server was great! Jean Pierre made our anniversary dinner one we will never forget! 👍🏼
Beautiful! Our table was perfect to watch the sunset. Service was impeccable and the food was excellent.
Fish was so tough it couldn’t be cut with a knife. Scallops had sand in every bite. Restaurant offered 1 free dessert. Won’t be going there again.
The food was amazing!
Amazing! The atmosphere, the service , the food, the drinks everything was great beyond believe.
The food and service were all great. I will definitely be back.
The food was good but not great! However, the ambiance of the place and the beautiful Florida keys created a great experience just by itself was worth the money spent
It was the absolute perfect setting to celebrate our 15th anniversary!! My husband made the comment that he felt like we were in Bali Hai!! Absolutely wonderful!
For a wonderful night taking a shuttle boat over to a pristine island Lattitudes is a fabulous place for a special evening.
Delicious food. Beautiful setting. Great service
Top notch. Classy, elegant, delicious, great views. All around highly recommend.
Fist timers to Latitudes. Was very good. One person our party had the steak and said it was the best he ever had! I had the cobia, was a little on the fishy flavor side, not the best cobia I have ever had but well plated and an interesting meal. I will definitely return for lunch or diner soon. One of the kiddos ordered the kids brownie dessert and she loved the presentation.
We went during the sunset, and it was gorgeous!! Our server, Bryan, was wonderful! He took our photos along the water, provided us crustinis when we did not receive them with out lobster bisque, and put a fan by our table when the flies started coming around our food. Our meals were wonderful and the service was excellent. Will definitely be back when in Key West.
Best place in Key West. 5-star food and service, with an excellent view and ambiance. Taking the ferry back and forth was easy and professional.
Latitudes is our favourite “special” place and it never fails us. This visit we had a great meal under a spectacular sunset, made some new friends and all in all had a wonderful evening.
Latitudes is always a must when in Key West. I love this restaurant because the service is great, the view of the sunset is second to none, and the food is delicious! I can't wait until we can dine here again soon!
Excellent food all around, and the drinks are top notch as well.
Great food and service awaits you on an isle oasis 15 minutes off of Key West. Forget the honkytonk of Key West one night and treat yourself to a quiet 4-star resturant looking over the Florida Gulf. Food and service is very good and conditions allowing, you can eat in or out.
Two of the four meals were less than satisfactory. The steak was medium well when medium rare was ordered. The lobster tail was quite chewy and not flavorful at all. With the amount we were being charged you’d think that wouldn’t be an issue and the food would be in capable hands. Having said that, the service and the ambiance were outstanding, with exception of the swarm of flies that came to dine with us when the meal was served. I would think they would remedy that other than to tell you to drip lime juice around your plate. I did give it 4 stars, but mostly because of the service, ambiance, and other menu items that were quite good.
A beautiful location for a special lunch or dinner. The food presentation is lovely and upscale. Servings are generous. Keep in mind that most of the seating is outside which has a magnificent water view. Inside seating, think air conditioning, with a view very limited.
My wife and I loved it
Visit to Key West for our Anniversary
We enjoyed dining at Latitudes during our first visit to Key West. From the time we made our reservations, numerous calls to figure out how to get there (everyone we spoke with was very patient & courteous with each call), taking the shuttle boat to the restaurant dock, checking in at the host's desk & changing our table to outside, couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I believe our waiter was Michael & he was on point with every suggestion. The wait from cocktails, to dinner, followed by dessert was timed perfectly. Look forward to dining again on a return visit.
IT was supposed to be a real experience: good food, perfect service and the dress code to go along with it.
Food was fine, service was very kind, but didn’t know how to gold a botttle of wine while pouring... and the dress code: I Tols nu kids to dress nicely with dress shorts and polo shirts instead of t-shirts. Because that what is stated in the site. What I saw: t shirts. Flipops...(not shoes as the site says). Even people with wet bathing suits and just a pareo. This was not what I expected. Beautiful restaurant and very friendly personell!
We did have to wait a little bit even with our reservation. I think they might have forgot about us so we had to go and recheck in with them. Once they realized we got seated fairly quickly.
Beautiful setting for excellent food. The service was exceptional. The price is not for the thrifty. We spent $150 for dinner for 2, but it was vacation in Key West....
Good food. Decent service. Little high priced. It's a decent placed visit but not something that should be done all the time.
Beautiful restaurant. Lobster bisque was amazing.
Not only is the atmosphere completely breathtaking and romantic but the service and food were impeccable as well. Our waiter was consistent but not overbearing nor rushing our meal. We ordered the steak tartare and the tuna as appetizers (both delicious if you don’t mind raw meat). As our meals we ordered the $52 steak (can’t remember the exact name) and the sea scallops. Both were delicious but on the smaller side for portions, which is expected at fine dining. We had to order the key lime pie because we heard it was the best in the keys... and it sure was! Latitudes is a must go to, we can’t wait to return!
It was a birthday, but they didn’t acknowledge & waiter could have been more attentive. Would have had another round to celebrate. Otherwise it’s one of our favorite places to dine!
Posto meraviglioso, bisogna andarci per forza se si è in vacanza a key West!!!
So we loved the atmosphere and it was beautiful but I feel like they definitely need to improve the side dishes. We both ordered fish (grouper and snapper) which were very good but then my husband got a side of carrots and broccoli (sort of a green giant variant) and I got the weirdest/most bitter greens I've ever eaten! Or not, actually inedible! Somehow I feel the description on the menu is NOT what came on the plate. I have it as outstanding because of the service and the protein was very good. Someone on the return had the Cobia and she said she hated it - so I suggest be cautious on that one (it's expensive to experiment on). For the price we had better IN Key West.
It was our 20th anniversary so we wanted to splurge a little on dinner. This place doesn’t disappoint. Get a table outside and enjoy the sunset as your appetizer!
We had considered actually staying on Sunset Key for our stay but ended up staying on Key West. However, we did make our way over to Latitudes in Sunset Key and while it wasn’t for the amazing sunset dinner, our lunch was absolutely perfect. The food and drinks were top-notch, the service was terrific, and of course the scenery was beyond compare.
My wife had the Cubano sandwich while I had the Duck Confit Angus burger. Both were delicious! Our drinks were also terrific. I had the Rum Runner which was prepped perfectly...very refreshing on a hot day. We completed our lunch with what was the absolutely best Key Lime pie that I had while on our entire trip and anyone eating here should absolutely save room for dessert.
While we don’t know when the next time we will be able to come back to the Keys will be as there’s so many other places still to see/visit, I can say for certain that we would likely stay at Sunset Key Cottages and even if we weren’t able to stay there, you can absolutely bet that Latitudes would be visited again...this time we would plan ahead to ensure we make a reservation early enough in advance to be there for that amazing sunset!
I loved it. Such a neat experience from beginning to end.
