   A table of diners just behind us and basically in the middle of the room where we were seated was extremely loud, profane and drunk. Management did nothing to address this. In fact, drinks continued to be delivered. Despite the beautiful surroundings and our excitement to see the sunset in this acclaimed setting, we were so disgusted we could not eat. We turned a few times to look at the diners, hoping they would quiet down and tame their language. Finally, my husband left our table in search of the manager. Once the staff located him, he seemed unbothered by the issue, never apologized, and instead claimed to know nothing about it because he “wasn’t in the room.” During this encounter with the manager (who did take care of our bill), another very dissatisfied diner came up to the manager and said he was a customer for decades who had brought friends to the restaurant after bragging to them about how special it is and that he was so embarrassed for what they were experiencing due to the obnoxious table. I cannot comment on the food quality because we literally could not eat. When my husband returned from his discussion with the manager, we simply got up to leave. Our waiter asked us what was wrong and I quietly said, “the table behind us.” The waiter said nothing. He knew. We slipped out hopefully without making a scene. We were not offered a different seat, an invitation to return, or even an apology. Before traveling to Key West, we had made our reservations weeks in advance because availability is limited at this famous restaurant with amazing sunset views. We’re not prudes, but this restaurant is not a party bar, and management should have improved the experience for everyone in that room. If they did not know how, then we hope this has been a learning experience. We also hope they do not take their location for granted and let the service slide, because that is the surest way to turn from a special occasion restaurant to another local dive.

   The ferry ride over was very nice. The restaurant had outside and inside dining. We chose outside to see the sun set. Service was quick and efficient. Food was excellent. I had seared Grouper and my friend had Chicken. Very nice place for dinner with a little flare. Would definitely go there again.

   View was spectacular. For was excellent and service good. Short ferry ride to the restaurant. Overall great experience.

   Was very disappointed. We ate here for our 20th Anniversary. It was not overly crowded and we noticed a table for 2 closest to the water. We asked if we could be sat there and was told no. It remained open the entire time we were there. No one told us happy anniversary or did anything special at all even though we noted it on our reservation. Food was just ok. Most expensive but least impressive meal we had while in Key West. Would not recommend.

   Fantastic experience from the boat transfer to the restaurant. The food was incredible and the service was great. Highly recommend!

   The food was amazing. We had the waygu, pasta, and burrata. All 3 were fantastic. There was unfortunately a bachelor party seated next to us so the noise level was very loud. The manager did apologize to us over this. Absolutely beautiful views from every table. The service was a bit slow, but this could have been due to the large party next to us.

   Latitudes is one of, if not the greatest, places I have ever eaten. The food and service is excellent but the ambiance is even better. It truly is a magical, unforgettable place to enjoy a delicious meal while watching the sunset.

    When we arrived we were unfortunately sat inside and the extremely rude manager told us that the outside seating is not guaranteed as he seated us inside without the view. If that’s the case, there is absolutely no point of coming to this place as there are plenty of other much nicer restaurants in the area. This should be made clear during the reservation process! Food is just ok and not worth the hassle.
