Celebrated my husband’s birthday here with dinner off the beach. Ambience was earthy & warm. The hostess was very welcoming & kind. Our waitress was nice but wasn’t as attentive as I would have liked. I shouldn’t have to seek my waitress out to refill beverages or ask is anything else needed. Thankful to the owner for the birthday slice of cake. 1). The shrimp skewer with the mashed potatoes were delicious. 2). The lobster bisque soup was meh. Too creamy based not enough lobster pieces kinda gave off a cheesy soap vs lobster bisque. 3). Surf & turf was scrumptious. The steak was super tender & the flavor was great. The value of everything was pretty decent given location. Would return in the future.

Everything was wonderful from the seating to the impeccable delicious food. Only downside was the amount of flies buzzing around our table and food while we were eating the entire time. A similar outside restaurant had mini fans to prevent flies from swarming. It made for a poor experience in my opinion.

We had an amazing dinner at alas Ramblas. The sunset was beautiful. The service was fantastic. And the food was delicious. We had the grilled calamari, surf & turf and the 10 oz filet. They surprised us with an anniversary cake.

This is our 32nd visit to Aruba and love dining at Las Ramblas. This time I was very disappointed! I ordered the seafood paella and the calamari were so stringy that I couldn’t chew them and I almost choked on one. My husband had the catch of the day which he enjoyed but his vegetables and plantain were cold. The avacado and shrimp appetizer was delicious! They no longer have the 3 course dinner menu which we always enjoyed. Even though we were not happy with our meal our waiter was wonderful! He knew we were not happy with our food and brought us a complimentary piece of chocolate cake! The ambience overlooking Eagle Beach was perfect! Considering the quality of food served to us , the meal was overpriced. I hope this was just one time bad experience!

Fortunately we have dined at Las Ramblas many times and has been excellent. This was one disappointing visit. Daily specials were gone, our filet was overcooked and tough, veggies were undercooked. Prices have increased considerably. Music was way too loud to have a conversation with our friends. This was a one in 20 time issue. Not sure if new management or attempting new ideas but was disappointed this time.

Overall it was a wonderful experience. Went to celebrate my 26th Birthday and they made it one to remember. 10/10 recommend
