   The Gambas and Baby Squid cooked just right. The pasta was aldente and flavorful. The Paella Seta was a first try and did not dissappoint. The cozy interiors, prompt service, the Estrella Galicia, and the Italian Margarita made it an overall pleasant dining experience. We’ll definitely come back.

   I love my recent experience at Las Flores - Uptown Ritz. The food was amazing and the staff are amicable, friendly, and highly professional. Will definitely come back! The truffle mushroom paella is highly recommended!

They are adept at identifying potential gaps in orders, such as missing appetizers, and make thoughtful suggestions to enhance the dining experience. This attentiveness ensures that guests do not experience undue delays, particularly during the preparation of dishes like paella, which requires approximately 30 minutes to cook. Additionally, the staff is consistently friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.

   I had a delightful experience at Las Flores in Uptown Ritz on a Tuesday night. The ambiance was cozy with just a few patrons, which made for a relaxed dining atmosphere. The standout dishes included the Gambas al Ajillo, which was a comforting appetizer, and both the Paella Mariscos and Paella Negra, which were absolutely delicious. I couldn't get enough of their La Nostra Sangria—it was refreshing and perfectly balanced. The staff were incredibly responsive, especially the staff whose name started with "C." She was very accommodating, even helping us set up balloons for our birthday dinner. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. Looking forward to returning soon!
