Fabulous restaurant! Delicious food and drinks. Terrific service. Gabriel is a tremendous waiter who knows the menu inside and out.

First time here and will be back. The soup dumplings very good as were the veg spring rolls. Waitress had to explain some dishes, but she did a great job.

Lao Sze Chuan is a great place for gourmet Chinese cuisine in Cleveland's eastern suburbs. We appreciate the deft use of seasonings and spices to create memorably delicious dishes. Service was a little slower than usual on our most recent visit, but is usually very attentive and helpful. We highly recommend Lao Sze Chuan for a wonderful Chinese meal.

Great service, great food. Accommodated our large party on a very busy Mother's day. Everything was so smooth, and the food was amazing. Best Chinese food in Cleveland without a doubt!!

It was a very busy night however our resy was early (515pm), party of 4, and it took 1hr for 2 entrees to come out- then another hour for 2 more entrees to come out 😬

Overall, the experience was poor from the moment we sat down till the moment we waited for our check, which was greater than 30 minutes . The server was overwhelmed and had way too many tables and in fact the hostess had to take an order for a table. I had waited for at least 30 minutes before someone came by to address them. Also, the proportions of food were very large. Ultimately, the outdoor seating was great.

Super Late and Super Slow Services. Will I come Back NO! You took 30 minutes just to take our order. Then 65 minutes to bring the first entre and then, you brought out a wrong entre only to take it back and then come back 15 minutes later with the right one. Terrible Terrible Services, but the Food was delicious and had value for money. But Super Duper Late, go there if you do not have anything to do for at least 3 HOURS! I did tell the server about the service and she said that they super busy there is nothing that she can do about it.
