   First visit to Langbourns and it was lovely - although VERY noisy for a client meeting. Maybe avoid the busy times of the day if you aim to take a client. They were elderly so difficult to hear. Food was amazing, and the service from Jack was great (although they were short staffed) Looking forward to visiting again - delicious!

   Service was terrible. Took 2 over half hour for our first drink, and over an hour for our mains. Side dishes werent served on time so steak was eat on its own. Waiter didnt know allergen details. Very poor service. Food ok

   Visited for a business breakfast. Restaurant was understaffed . Staff were working exceptionally hard but service was poor as a result of being short hands . We waited nearly 25 minutes for our tea and coffee and nearly an hour for our breakfast to arrive. The poached eggs were severely overcooked. Prices were ok had the food been consistent and the service more prompt (not the individuals fault more management’s failure to adequately staff.)

   Nice breakfast but service is terrible. There were 3 other tables and it took 45 mins from seating to get coffee and food.

   We had a lunch meeting at Langbourns and received great food and service while not being disturbed too much. Would highly recommend to those looking for a work meeting or client meal.

   We arrived for a business lunch- took 30 minutes for our order to be taken by the waitress and then took an hour for our mains to arrive. Finished eating in 15 minutes and then after 20 minutes of looking at empty plates infront of us eventually went and asked for the bill at the front desk. All staff were nice when we saw them but we were broadly ignored for almost 2 hrs. Such a shame as the food was good.

    Not been here before, but was very happy. Food good, staff fun, service attentive, and menu quite diverse. Something for everyone - seafood, fish, meat; large and small portions. Will definitely come back.
