The food was good, and I enjoyed it, but I was not impressed. The way the birthday plate was served was not good, and just giving a little box with a happy birthday logo on it—who does that? It could have been better with maybe a bit more effort, like a handwritten plate with a candle in a different style, which would have been much more appreciated. Additionally, the service was slow, which added to the overall disappointment. I had higher expectations for a place that came so highly recommended. Hopefully, they take feedback seriously and make improvements in the future.

I had chicken which was cooked perfectly and the mash and veg were beautiful My husband had steak which was cooked exactly as he’d asked and again was beautiful We had crème brûlée for dessert fabulous Everything was presented fabulously and tasted amazing Definitely recommend Staff were very attentive and really nice

Wonderful environment and prompt pleasant service. Food was nicely served and hot; sadly the one brisket was overdone and dry and although this was replaced without fuss it did slightly mar our dining. Dining on the Sunborn is a lovely experience and we won’t hesitate to go again.

The taste of the food was excellent, London upper scale prices, the ambience was just flat, whilst the head waiter took his role seriously there was a lack of customer focus , especially as we had pre-warned the restaurant it was a special occasion.

A lovely meal, cooked to perfection. The view whilst dinning were amazing, a truly wonderful experience for the wife and I. Top marks!!

We had the special Sunday Menu. £35 for 2 courses & £42 for 3 courses. The meal was absolutely beautiful! The staff were outstanding, The restaurant is stunning. Would highly recommend and will be dining there again in the future. 5 ⭐
