Dark and uninviting, tables are crammed together -not sure why since not that crowded. Beautiful night, no outside seating due to staff shortage?

Food was below average.... price was very high compared to other restaurants. Appetizer & entree portions were overcooked (broccoli) , small, and lacked quality. $18 for an appetizer of calamari - the dish was 1/4 filled with frozen squid I could have made at home. For the price/overall value, I wouldn't recommend it.

Everything was excellent. It happened that my daughter's steak was over cooked, the manager came out promptly to rectify the situation. The over cooked steak was never even brought to the table. She was perfectly happy with what was brought out. Would certainly recommend

Food was subpar to say the least… overpriced , no flavor & gigantic portions of food you didn’t even wanna eat half of. We took the food in to go boxes & dropped off with the homeless guy on our way back home.

The food at Landry’s is great. We had the shrimp embrochette, salmon and stuffed red fish and everyone enjoyed their food and said it was delicious. The wait staff is very attentive and took good care of us. Salads don’t come with your meal like they used to and are now an add on to your meal.

Overall, it is a nice restaurant but a bit on the pricey side considering it’s location. Service was first rate and the meal was good but no better than other restaurants at a more reasonable price point.

Overall this was a disappointing Landry’s visit. We usually find a Landry’s on vacation but this was a let down. I understand short staffing but we waited a very long time for our server to come. Longer to get drinks. My sons chocolate milk didn’t come until after the meal was served. Salads were great. Both fish dishes well over cooked and dry. Broccoli was cold. Dad ordered a rare steak, first time was well, second was medium, which he ate because it was already 1.5 hours into dinner by then. Just overall not what we normally expect from Landry’s and not what we expect for a $200 meal

We went in during happy hour ordered a couple of cocktails from the happy hour menu and had dinner. I ordered a steak and asked for it to be medium. I was served a well done steak. I told the waiter and he took the steak back. A few minutes later he returned with the same steak and said the chef wanted me to look in the center of steak which I did. In the center the steak was cook to medium well. At this point my wife was almost done with her dinner so I just accepted the food. We are got our bill and saw that they charged us full price for drinks instead of the happy hour price. The waiter said he would correct it . A few minutes later the manger came over stating the drinks are full price due to us not ordering at the bar. I explained that was not relayed to us when we ordered and her answer was our waiter was new. Bad Food and Poor Service

Made a reservation thru my Opentable app to find it never went thru. Stood in front to of the host stand for aprox 20 min for someone to ask if I needed help (12 ppl behind me) We would not accept the reservation, did again on the app and it was an hour wait from us standing there. Went to the bar area which we (party of 4) then waited about 15 min to be acknowleged for a drink order. Bartender told us they werent short staffed, corporate screwed them and sent people home, they have plenty of staff. 730pm came and recieved a text that our table was ready. Wast sat at 745, gave our complete order (we had plenty of time to look at the menu! Garlic bread was offered and came at 820pm. 35 min just sitting in a dark restaurant as it looked like had half the lights operational. Food came and the Fried shrimp was over fried and by that time we just wanted to get out of there. NOT up to Landry standard at all. I belong to the member club, have eaten at McCormick, Mortons, Chart House and Del Friscos. They would be appaled at this location! I am still shocked. Especially to have their associates says they were screwed. Not good at all.

Understandably shortstaffed due to Covid but still took entirely too long. 30 mins for drinks, 1.5 hours for appetizers and 2 hours for main course. Crab legs were over cooked for $43 and Chef Special was underwhelming. On a bright note the kids meals and the server was a positive experience. Won't be going back mainly due to food quality vs price. The service will improve I'm sure but no excuse for quality of food especially for justifying exorbitant prices.

Steaks were cooked poorly (rare came out well done, medium was cold when served). Took forever to get food due to shortage of servers. Food was bland, barely any seasoning. Not worth the cost at all.

Landry's never disappoints. Great food, great service ( thank you, Jason! ) Blackened chicken fettuccini was bliss. Be prepared to pay well for the yummy.

Let me start off by saying that I worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years. When we first sat down - it was well over 5 minutes before someone even came over to our table to introduce themselves and take our drink order. We ordered shrimp cocktail for an appetizer and that took about 20 minutes to come out. Our waiter came over and told us the kitchen was short staffed and our dinners would take longer than usual. I completely understand that and have patience for that if I thought it was true. A table of 4 that came in at least 20 minutes after us received their food before us and a table of 8 that came in 30 minutes after we were seated received their food immediately after we did. Our server clearly forgot to put our order in and then blamed the kitchen. Our server was at our table six times after we had finished our shrimp appetizer, but never cleared that dish-it was still there when we left the table. The food was amazing - my filet was cooked perfectly and the lobster tail was enormous so there was nothing to complain about on that end.

We have been to Landry's at Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach many times before, but this time just didn't ring as a real memorable time. There are so many fantastic restaurants down here on The Grand Strand, I am afraid that Landry's has slipped out of that category. We did a bit of happy hour and then had dinner. Happy hour drinks were great, food not so much. Dinner was middle of the road too. Brocolli was way over done and almost brown and the shrimp that I ordered were cold. So, not such a great experience.
