Ribeye steak was cooked perfectly! Key lime pie for dessert was the “icing on the cake”.
Our visit was awesome! It was my fiance's birthday dinner and the 2 of us had a blast outside on the patio. The service was great, we didn't have to wait long, the noise level is what we expected by it being outside and by the pool area. So that wasn't a problem. The waiters and waitresses were very nice and polite. We enjoyed it and will be back.
We weren't seated until 45 minutes after our reservation and 2 members of my party were disabled.

Great pina coladas! The bread and Caesar salad was great! The fried shrimp, fries, coleslaw and gumbo was really good! Can't wait to go back!

This is the second time on our last 2 trips to Landrys Lake Charles that this has happened
We called 45 minutes prior to our reservations because we knew that we would be 30 minutes late. We spoke yo the hostess on duty and she said it would not be a problem and confirmed that she moved our reservation time. Upon check in, the host rudely stated, "you're late and there are no tables". I was shocked of how he started the conversation and explained that we called over an hour ago and received confirmation that our reservation time was changed by the hostess. The host insisted that we did not call and there were no tables and we would have to wait 30+ minutes for a table. Even after explaining that we called and showing him the call log, he insisted we did not call. Needless to say, I also became argumentative because the hostess that we spoke to acted like she had no idea what phone call we were referencing, even though it was quite clear that she forgot to make the changes. The mistake of not making the changes to reservation is completely understandle, as she could have been new or gotten distracted. What was completely unacceptable is the way the host spoke to me as soon as I arrived and how rude he was, especially considering he is in the service industry and set the tone for our experience. The host talked rudely about guests to the hostess right infront of other patrons. The sections were limited due to Covid-19, which is understandable but the waitress was not very attentive. The appetizer took a very long time to receive. Overall I was very disappointed with the experience, especially when considering the cost of the meal. The entire experience was negative. The manager was apologetic for the delay on the appetizer and it was greatly appreciated.
I was actually quite disappointed I eat there almost every weekend and this last weekend was quite unusual. As we had reservations as we always do with the same waiter and most the time we sit outside I expressed to him that I only had an hour. We try and pick an early time when it’s not busy I was extremely disappointed. The appetizer came out quite fast but the dinner took over an hour and we ended up having to take it to go
Very disappointed we sat in the other part of landrys waiter was not attentive at all. Wrong drinks sent them back, steaks were way over cooked. We come there often this was very unsatisfactory
The food at Landry's Seafood is excellent. I have never had anything that wasn't delicious. I try new things quite often & I am never disappointed. This time the service was a little slower than usual but we are living in different times now so it will not keep me from coming back. We were seated in the old Grotto area (next door to the original Landry's). Wasn't a fan. The wall between the two areas needs to come down. But again, that will not keep me from coming back. The food is what we go for & it never lets us down.
Ordered shrimp Alfredo and it came to the table cold. Also ordered fish and shrimp which was scolding hot so I assume the Alfredo was ready first and they waited until the fish and shrimp was cooked to bring it out. Shrimp was burnt and super hard
Food was nasty! Also the server was rude messed up my order then asked me to scrape my rice off my plate 🙄 it was your mess up. Service wasn’t all that.

Gathering place for celebrating a family anniversary during COVID-19. We were grateful for being able to gather 8 here as a meeting point between Houston and Baton Rouge, and also have excellent service while adhering to the rules. Food and drink were good and server was very accommodating and friendly. It really made our dinner stress-free.
We had a wonderful meal, and celebration. The view was beautiful on the Patio, the Rain began, and didn't bother us at all. Perfect. Our 9 year old Grand Daughter loved her Crawfish Etoufee. She loved it, but wished she could have also had other choices, but was pleased that she could make a decision like the Grown Ups.
We waited over an hour for our food then our gumbo was cold and other meals were barely warm. We have always enjoyed our meals at Landry’s but this was unacceptable.
The service was great. Didn't much care for the table we had as I backed right to the kitchen door. Social distancing was in effect and the food was great. Drinks were a little watered down but all in all a wonderful time.
Great food and good value. Our party of 4 enjoyed steaks, oysters and fish. Our go to restaurant at Golden Nugget Lake Charles.

Everything was great, except for the topping (Landry’s) on my fish was cold.
Otherwise, the service was wonderful and so was the Cajun Mary.
my food was cold and not up to par of my previous experience at Landry's. Spouse complained pf food not being of quality from previous experience.

Sorry to give negative review but we swatted bugs flying around our food the whole meal. We were dining inside. When I said something to the waitress she acted incredulous.

Landry's is always a good choice to enjoy south Louisiana cuisine. Not terribly overpriced, always good quality.
Prisoner program where they make the food was going on and the food was really bad. Only found out about this AFTER we ate our meal. We should have the right to choose if a currently incarcerated person is cooking our meal. And they should be expected to do a good job!

Ordered Fried Shrimp. Dinner got served without Cole Slaw that was listed on menu. The dinner was served just a couple of minutes after the appetizer was served - extremely bad timing.

Our table was ready when we arrived. Waiter was very helpful and friendly. Chopped salad was yummy and enough to share. We had the seafood platter with crab cakes, shrimp and it was well done. The kitchen even split the meal for us in the kitchen. Nice touch. We would highly recommend dining at Landry’s when you are in Lake Charles.
The food at Landry's is always good! We have never been disappointed dining there. The service is good, too. They strive to make their customers happy!
Landry’s was awesome as always. We were just had a bad server but the rest of the staff pitched in to cover what she was lacking without hesitation. I recommend it for everyone
