Lunch at Landry’s Seafood House in Kemah was a true pleasure. The welcoming atmosphere, with its elegant décor and warm lighting, sets the stage for a relaxing anniversary lunch. Service was attentive and knowledgeable; my server offered thoughtful recommendations and ensured I felt comfortable throughout. The menu showcased fresh, seasonal ingredients. I ordered the Swordfish, and my wife ordered Snapper. Each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. A bottle of Chardonnay enhanced our meal, and the dessert rich chocolate cake provided a perfect finish. For anyone seeking a quality dining experience with excellent food, ambiance, and service, I highly recommend Landry’s Seafood House in Kemah.

Our server Georgia was spot on. Described dishes, kept water glasses full, very attentive but not intrusive. The manager Sophie stopped by a few times to make sure all of our needs were met. Great dining experience!

I made a reservation weeks in advance for their 4th of July balcony seating dinner like I have in previous years. For years I e been having a great time dining at the balcony and enjoying the Kemah firework show. But this years new policy ruined my experience and future trips. When I made the reservation for 6pm like I always do every year, and request the balcony; nowhere in the OpenTable reservation or their restaurant website did it state that the policy has changed ages this year and the balcony is no longer available, PLUS reservations are now only 2 hours. If you wish to stay longer at your table you had to pay $200 an hour!!! The restaurant and their manager set me up for failure as they did not disclose this new change in policy on their online reservation system. When I got there I was told that the balcony was no longer available - which is fine, I opted for outside seating which was an equivalent. But then until I was about to get seated was I notified of the 2 hour limit change. They set me up for failure. It’s not like I could move my reservation right there, they were fully booked. The manger said “well there are signs as you walk in”. So! That’s just a scapegoat to cover your butt for not having proper communication with your customers that did their due diligent and made a reservation weeks in advance with no notice of this new change - I was expecting the same policy like in previous years. As long as you have a reservation, and you order food/drinks, you could stay at your table as long as you want. It was a horrible experience seeing myself and other families have to stand up and have no place to enjoy the fireworks even though we all made reservations. It was honestly a very disappointing experience. We tipped out waiter well as he was super polite, it the manager on duty was just shrugged shoulders “too bad, I have a sign” type attitude. I feel bad for all the families that had to leave.

The food was GREAT! The fried zucchini had this light airy crunchy crunch that I am OBSESSED with! Crawfish bread so yummy. Our server David was hospitable personable & on point the whole visit :)

We split our entree and wedge salad. It arrived already separately plated. Our food is always good there. Our server, Grayson, was excellent in every way. He made our evening special.

Well, we keep going back so that should tell you something. We are members of the Landry's Select Club and get a reward every other time we go. The food is delicious and the waitstaff is wonderful. It's one of our favorite places in the area. Last time we went, Maddy was ouir server and she did a fantastic job.
