Le Lamberts Downtown Barbecue, situé dans le 2nd Street District du centre-ville d'Austin, au Texas propose des classiques texans modernes dans un bâtiment historique rénové de manière tendance. Il met l'accent sur des ingrédients frais locaux, de la viande et des produits naturels et des fruits de mer. Ce restaurant a créé le « Fancy Barbecue ».     Amazing! Ribs/Brisket ROCK! This BBQ joint is a must if in Austin! Monday's 50% off a few Bourbon's /Whiskey's. Mash Potatoes / Broccoli were tasty!

    Bring back the garlic bulbs for the ribeye. Please!! Brocolli was very mid (and overcooked) for $14. No cornbread either. Disappointing outing at a place I have loved for years.

    Just an outstanding experience overall. The prime ribeye is a must, so flavorful and unique. The brisket is crispy crust and tender inside. Wait staff is super attentive, And Chris our waiter was first class. Daniel The manager made sure everything was perfect and followed up throughout the meal. Just a great place!

    The food is always excellent. The service was great this trip. The atmosphere is great but the layout of the restaurant is not my favorite. This is mainly because the upstairs is mostly meant as a live music venue and the only restroom is upstairs. Visiting when there is no live music planned for the day is my favorite time to visit.

    The food was pretty amazing. - brisket and snapper, as well as collard greens, were incredible ! The martinis are tiny, over priced for what you get. But overall a great experience!

    We ordered and the food came out in less than 10 minutes makes believe it’s all precooked and waiting. Collard greens were good, Mac and cheese was good. The ribs were ok, and the chicken was just ok. Not my favorite place.

    Lambert's was highly recommended by a friend and ChatGPT, so we were excited to secure reservations for this downtown high-end BBQ hot spot. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with both the food (main gripe: ribs were tender, but not at all flavorful for BBQ, sausage link was okay, but dry), and the service (waiter was rushed and not at all attentive). The historic building is beautiful. We were seated in the upstairs lounge which was fine however our two-top table seemed cramped for the amount of food we ordered. Perhaps we were there on an off night, or our server was having a bad day. My recommendation is if you're in Austin and want a great BBQ experience, go stand in line at the tried and true Franklin BBQ or the Salt Lick in Driftwood.

    Very nice place and good service . We really didn’t enjoy the food . The brisket was very fatty and the hanger steak was very hard to chew. The fries were disgusting. I would. Not recommend this restaurant.
