   Great environment, Waitress was fantastic and very accommodating. Food was very well prepared and portioned. Would come back again.

   Lamar's was a very classy place, the food was amazing, the staff was super nice and professional and the ambience was classy and welcoming at the same time!

   When we got there it was dead and our reservation is for nothing other than walking in the door. Everything said reserved yet the entire time we were there nobody sat at the tables. We absolutely could’ve had a couple of drinks and a bite and leave within enough time for the later parties. We were there to check out the scene as we run a bachelorette company in the Charleston area, and we send parties there so we needed to be able to scope it out ourselves. They’d be very disappointed to know they couldn’t get a table based on reservations. The sparklers they came out with the weiner tower was fun but it’s a shame they didn’t make a better effort to make a big deal of it, instead it was just awkward. The service was great and food delicious but would not send our clients there

   The music was all terrible pop covers, some jazz or another genre would have been great considering the atmosphere inside. The chicken tasted like thyme, literally, also needed to be cooked a little longer. The Parmesan truffle fries were good, and so were the loaded fries. The tables are small so be prepared to play Tetris.

   Cozy and delicious. Perfect Valentine’s Day spot with some upbeat vibes. We loved the burger, truffle fries, and salads. Everything was fresh and the service was impeccable. Highly recommended.

    Soooooooo disappointed to arrive for our reservation to find there were 70 people ahead of us. Consider removing this business from Open table. Making a reservation is NOT actually making a reservation. We had a group of 8 to celebrate a friends 55th birthday and Lamar’s failed us.
