   We've visited LALA many times, on different days and at various times, and every experience has been wonderful. The weekends are definitely busy and packed, but the lively atmosphere makes it great for people-watching. If you prefer a quieter setting, weekdays are ideal. The food is thoughtfully crafted and delicious, all at a very reasonable price compared to other restaurants. The service is consistently attentive and welcoming. A true gem!

   Reservations were made for rooftop dining more than 24 hours in advance and when I got there they had given away our table. We arrived before our reservation this has happened before. Very disappointing and will start to look for different choices now.

   The live music was extremely loud but every other aspect of the dinner was exceptional

   Some of our food was cold and stone items were never brought to the table. Food that we did receive was ok but not as good as hoped - especially for the price. The server was apologetic but even after apologizing was not attentive and forgot to put in some orders. He kept telling us it was a busy day but more than half the tables were empty. We were hoping for a much better experience but were sadly disappointed.

   We visit Lala frequently. Unfortunately, tonight was an off night. There was confusion about our reservation and we had to wait while for our table to be available. Service at first was ok, but my bourbon and diet came in 2 separate glasses, bourbon in one and diet coke in another. After our food came out, our server seemed to disappear. My drink was empty. I was finished with my food. I was ready to pay. He was no where to be found. I had to wave down the hostess and ask for my check. It still took a while, and the hostess brought my check. I didn't see my server at all after the food was dropped off. I hope this was just an off night.
