Absolutely insane service and the food fresh and cooked to perfection!!!!!
Will not be disappointed!!!!
Fantastic food and service.
Terrible food and extremely expensive. Ambiance isn’t authentic and forced to seem Italian.
This was our second visit and it was just as excellent as the first. This will be the closest experience you will find to authentic European table service in SLC. The staff is polite, professional and carry themselves very well. The food is fresh and delicious with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The restaurant itself is well decorated and cozy with serious attention to detail paid. Highly recommend this for an upscale experience, special occasion and/or romantic evening or date.
New Years Eve was a flop at this restaurant. It was absolutely awful! I'm so sad to write this but my GAWD! I could not believe it.
Upon walking in the sewage smell was really over whelming. The seemed to be having a septic problem. We tried to push past it, yet it was far too overwhelming to enjoy our food. The the eight course meal became a nightmare in waiting to be fed. I had to ask for bread to be actually be satiated, because I was starving. I looked at the clock and we had been sitting there for two hours and we were only on course four. Super small portions leaving us frustrated and really disappointed on NYE. The meat was so disappointing I could not even eat it! and I LOVE filet mignon. It was so tough I had to saw it off with my knife.
We received an apology from the staff and the chef, as all the tables around us were in an uproar about what was happening. Yet you can not get you NYE experience back with an apology. It was awful.
The staff and the food are impeccable. If the price points were a bit lower without loss of quality we could go there a little more often.
We came here to celebrate my birthday and the whole experience was amazing! The food was incredible, the service was amazing we had such a good time! This is my new favorite place!
The food was fantastic!! The steak was perfection, all the pasta is handmade each day. Their seafood special was amazing. We also had two different kinds of wine and their sommelier was extremely helpful, he even came out mid meal to help course correct based on what we ordered.
Fantastic service. Everyone is extremely attentive and you can tell they have real passion about their food. The decor is so beautiful and welcoming.
The only thing that I would potentially say wasnt 100% was that the restaurant itself is a bit chilly, but definitely not enough to detract from the best time I've had in months!!!
We had a wonderful experience our waiter was fun and knowledgeable, he took great care of us. The wine and food were fabulous. We will be back!
Amazing dining experience there is nothing like this in Utah and around
Amazing service, great food lots to choose from. You will not be disappointed.
The staff was great! Wine recommendations were fantastic, but the food feel short. The pasta was disappointing for being fresh. It was tough and dry. And not delicate and soft as it should be. But we still had a great time.
Absolutely excellent in every way. Wish we lived closer. It would be a regular spot.
Service is really excellent! But it’s a very expensive excursion. Salad was perfect. My husband’s ribeye was quite delicious but the baked potato was underdone. My pasta with mussels was good but the pasta was really al dente but also super fresh. That particular special was 55- a bit pricey. These are strange times and I want to support my neighborhood dining options but for that price food needs to be really on point.
Would only eat there if you have the entire night. The servers are very friendly and informative but it takes a long time between course. There is nothing spectacular about the food. It felt more like an over-priced Olive Garden. I could not eat my dinner.
Thought it was just over priced and I was under whelmed.
We had a wonderful time. The food was great. Table-side prep was fun. Enjoyed bantering with our servers and the Executive Chef.
We have been twice now. Food is wonderful. Service is attentive and friendly. However, this is dining all evening so don’t be in a hurry. There is much time between courses. This is as the case both times and we enjoyed dining but we were there at 2 1/2 hours.
"I love the ambience of this restaurant – It's beautiful. The food is delicious although pricey. We went for the pasta special reasonably priced at $15.00 per serving.
We enjoyed one pasta per person, a shared salad, bread and a bottle of wine and our bill was over $100.00. High for a quick meal at a neighborhood restaurant. Service was well-timed and friendly. I definitely would return but as a 'special occasion' restaurant.
Positives: We were not rushed. On his second attempt, the waiter made a great recommendation on a red wine and the appetizers we got were very good. Negatives: They ran out of arancini on Friday and couldn't make any for Saturday?? The hostess and wait staff need a lot of training. The price was very expensive for the quality of the food. We eat out A LOT and were quite shocked at the final bill. The music only worked for a short time, thank goodness, as it was too loud and the expresso/coffee machine wasn't working. We felt that they were trying a little too hard to be "high end" dining. We won't be back any time soon.
Really great service, food was fantastic, a smidge on the pricy side but ended up being worth it for the whole experience.
Great food. The ambiance is fun and the dishes and stemware compliment that!
Unbelievable food and delightful service
No words, I had the special of the night a tagliatelle fig and a beautiful main lobster. It was to die for the restaurant looked amazing inside and out
What I have to say I was there for the escape to Italy night We loved everything about we would be back every Tuesday:)
It was amazing and elegant, I will definitely be back for every occasion I can
Beautiful attempt to do a very nice restaurant in SLC. Service was great, everyone friendly and very attentive. It's beautiful. But: Way way overpriced, for what turned out to be undercooked, cold, very mediocre bland tasting food. I was a bit shocked, given the beautiful buildout, that they missed on all 3 of our main dishes. They just weren't very good, and though the presentation was creative, cold severely undercooked pasta is just not acceptable when you're charging a king's ransom for everything! Hopefully they'll get their kitchen in shape, it doesn't do justice to the front end!
My experience here was the best fine dining experience I’ve had in SLC to date. The service was impeccable, the food was amazing, the ambiance is one of the coziest you’ll find in the valley and the pace of service was perfect. If you’re looking for the closest dining experience to what you’d expect at a European establishment overseas, this is it. The entire staff from the hostess, to the wait staff, management, all the way to the chef/owner himself went out of their way to make everything seem perfect. By the time my wife had gotten through our second course, we were already looking forward to coming back. I can’t speak highly enough about this restaurant and it will be my first choice going forward for fine dining and excellent/authentic Italian in the area, including over some of the other older and more established restaurants.
Fantastic service and amazing food.
GREAT family (the Mirenda’s) own this charming up-scale eatery on 15th and 15th, just east of Westminster College. Terrific food made to order....fresh pasta and table-side salad preparation make it a must-visit place!
We were surprised to find this restaurant in the middle of Sugarhouse. First impression was positive, nice ambience and presentation. Food was delicious. Will definitely return.
The service here was very good, and we loved the food. We had a miscommunication with the waiter about the wine we ordered but Guiseppe worked with us to fix it and I am very happy with how it worked out. I hope this new little gem flourishes in this location.
Excellent service - very good food. The prosciutto stuffed tortellini in a cream sauce was FANTASTIC - not an inexpensive experience, but we’d certainly go back and recommend it to others.
We loved the food. Service staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. When they started to get busy the service went a miss.
Great food, excellent staff.
From reception to departure, the staff was excellent. And their recommendations for food and beverages were spot-on.
The food was so fresh and authentic. The new space is phenomenal, the lounge ambiance is amazing. Tim was our server and he is the best! Great suggestions, conversation and service! Will be back.
They brought out the wrong entree twice. Extremely overpriced and slow! It took an hour and a half for our entrees!
Incredible food and great staff. Have time to dine. We were there 3 hours.
The food and service was amazing! Unfortunately it took about an hour before our food showed up, but it was worth the wait.
