I had a reservation at La Terrazza for a Friday evening at 7pm and even confirmed via OpenTable the night before. I got to the restaurant and the light were off and the restaurant looked closed. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times over the next 30 mins but did not get a response. I then had to try to find a last-minute table at other restaurant for this event in Little Italy which was incredibly frustrating given that most restaurants were full. I found this experience to be very disappointing given the lack of communication from the restuarant.

The hostess was spectacular guiding us directions. My sister and I visited this restaurant and it was under renovation. We were unfamiliar with the area since we were visiting the city. We finally found the restaurant and it wasn’t what we were expecting due to because they only served drinks and no food. When we arrived the kitchen closed and they were only serving charcuterie boards. That being said, the music was popping but we did not stay due to the fact that we wanted an actually dinner sitting.

Had a reservation beforehand, when we got there we were disappointed to find out that they only had 3 choices of charcuterie boards - we decided this was okay. We’ve been before & the food was great. This time they had cut down their options, and the board was lacking.

Not a very good variety of music. The DJ played house music all night. Very loud. We had to wait 30 minutes after being seated for our waiter to bring us some water. Food was not so tasty either
