Order anything except for the steak. You can get a better steak at a liquor store Parking lot and while you’re at it get some frozen vegetables at Walmart. It will be better than that disgrace. Waste of money. Not going back.

The wait staff was very friendly and efficient! All the waiters check on each table whether or not they are their customers. From the appetizer to dessert the food was SUPERB! My boyfriend and I had the fettucine and Roselline which were both delicious. If you are ordering the Roselline; it is quite a big plate so make sure you come with an empty stomach. Felt very safe as everyone have masks, tables are spaced out nicely, and hand sanis everywhere. Will definitely eat here again!

We went to La Terrazza to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. It did not disappoint. The service was top-notch and the food amazing. My husband started off with the lobster bisque followed by the lobster fettuccine, both of which he thoroughly enjoyed. For myself, I had the Arancini followed by the Roselline which were also delicious and very flavorful. What was really a nice touch was when our waitress surprised us with a free gelato desert specialized to signify our anniversary. We would highly recommend La Terrazza for your special occasion or a romantic evening out.

The food was all under cooked. When we sent the dishes back and everything was brought back out it was still under cooked but warmed up in a microwave.

This restaurant ever disappoints. Very comfortable atmosphere and furnishings. Food is first class. Presentation was not at the expense of portion or quality. Italian dishes all honoured their namesakes. Would love to go there regularly, sadly we live out of town.

Excellent food and service. I would highly recommend going to La Terrazza. The restaurant was a little challenging to locate (inside the hotel/plaza area without great signage), and the table we had was extremely sloped. My husband had to hold his beer glass to keep it from tipping over (as the glass he had was very tall with a small base) my wine glass was fine. The other tables were full or I may have asked to move. The food and the service made up for it though. Great restaurant.

It was very quiet in the restaurant, but that was to be expected, given the reductions in seating capacity. The server was very good, quite happy to be back at work. The house bread was really good and our lobster linguini tasted fantastic. My only issue was the size of the portion. I understand that lobster is expensive, but pasta is not. Very good experience overall.

Their version of caprese salad is excellent with cherry tomatoes. The bison striploin dish was a wow! All the accompanying ingredients worked to enhance the meat. Wine list has lots of reasonably priced wines. All the dessert options looked good.
Service was efficient and friendly.

Food, atmosphere and service were outstanding. Definitely would not hesitate to come next time.

Spent the weekend in Banff visiting our son who is working at Sunshine. We stayed at the Banff Park Lodge and decided to splurge on a family dinner out with him and his girlfriend the night before we left. Ambiance was nice, our server was lovely, I can’t remember her name, but she was from France and just delightful. The food was amazing! Best caprese salad I’ve had since Paris. The veggie menu option was an added bonus! We spent 2 1/2 hours eating and visiting. Never felt rushed and shall be back again!

Second time coming here. Went for my girlfriends birthday, we both had a great time. Food was great.

Set Menu was not advised in advance, considering it is described as an Italian Restaurant, it wasn’t anything like an Italian. Service was slow.
They did however offer the lounge menu for our children, which again nothing Italian. No pasta in sight of any kind.

It was a nice discovery in Banff after we have been to so many other places. It was less crowded than it deserves to be, given that we could not get a reservation at the Park Distillery 2 days in advance. Some of the other patrons were a little too casual in their dress, but it is in a hotels for people on vacation.

We will be back to try out some of the other dishes.

The staff were helpful and spot on with their recommendations and service. Compliments to the chef for absolutely delicious food for appetizer, main course and dinner. The signature cocktails were fabulous, too.

Our favourite place for a special evening out in Banff! Lots of choice - always different specials to choose from and food is just fantastic. It is a lovely dining room - private, cosy and quiet and yet elegant! Staff at the Banff Park Lodge are excellent!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in town and a bit of a locals secret. The Chef is always willing to accommodate our dietary restrictions without compromising the product. We were warmly welcomed by Tyler and our server Isabel was perfection. The food was delicious and we can't wait to go back again.

My wife's food was good. I didn't like mine much. I will probably give it another try sometime because it was a nice place with friendly service but there are so many good restaurants in Banff I would like to try so it may be a while.

Due to the restaurant being directly attached to the lobby bar, it was quite loud while trying to have a quiet candle lit dinner with my wife on our anniversary. Other then that the service and food were excellent

Habe schon mehrmals im La Terrazza gegessen. Es ist ein schönes Restaurant. Das Essen hat immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Es gibt auch eine Auswahl an guten Weinen, die auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen sind. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut stimmig. Die Produkte, die auf den Teller kommen sind frisch und werden nach Bestellung zubereitet.

We booked La Terrazza for a diner for a celebration,what a disappointment!
We've been to Italian restaurant before, this one was the worst.
They make you feel like you are in a fancy place: lighting, music, waiters, the way the tables are set, the place but in the plate there is nothing fancy.
Usually if i go to an Italian restaurant I expect to "travel" in my plate, well, I must say I stayed right where I was. The food was very average.
We were so disappointed! We didn't even order dessert.
Service was nice.
It's expensive for what you get.
I do not recommend this restaurant.

Great hotel in Banff and the restaurant has a lovely ambiance but the food just didn’t live up to its environment.
The squid starter was greasy and the batter was far too heavy - and the main course was worse: over cooked pasta with dried out chicken.
The wine was good, but that was all - and at $200 plus, it was an expensive mistake.
Sad, as we lived the hotel but our last night in Canada was remarkably forgettable.

Good menu; reasonable prices. Varied and reasonably priced wine list. Dinner was well prepared, but came at least fifteen minutes after the salads were removed. In beautiful Banff, it lacks a Mountain View. Overall, a positive experience.

The service was friendly but slow having to flag our servicer several times. The food was good not great. The room was uncomfortably warm. While it was an enjoyable evening with friends I would choose another place for a special occasion.

The waitress was the best thing about our experience. We felt like we were in a sauna the whole time because the room was so hot. My boyfriend lost his appetite because he was so hot. The waitress was nice and friendly but she had way too many tables. Shouldn’t have taken as long as it did. My true colored salad was good

Charcuterie plate was above average but the entrees were among the worst I’ve ever been served at a fine dining restaurant. Terrible Fettuccine Alfredo, Cornish hen was so dry and salty that is bordered on inedible.
