Located on the first floor of La Table, Marché exudes the vibrancy of a French market place. The casual feel makes it ideal for a working lunch, girls’ outing or afternoon cocktail and fresh seafood platter from the Raw Bar. At first blush, guests are taken in by the light, sunny décor and crisp service. Sit a while and you’ll see a constant flow of prosecco and rosé make their way to the stylish diners ordering Tomato Mozzarella Flatbread, Colossal Lump Crab Salad, Spiced Tuna Niçoise, Wild Mushroom Ravioli, sides of French Fries, and of course, items from our raw bar.

It was an exhilarating experience until I got the bill. I did not ask the prices because I was with a business guest and did want to appear concerned about price when the specials were announced to me. I got a simple tomato pasta dish special that was $30, which seemed pretty expensive for a vegetarian entree then I noticed on the bill an additional $20 for the crab meat on the pasta. The waitress offered it as a choice of crab meat or Beef but I had know idea it was an additional $20. Maybe $5-10 could have been manageable but $50.00 for a lunch time pasta dish was simply more than I was ever prepared for. I did not make a scene because I was entertaining

Very cozy environment and made for a perfect birthday dinner date with my husband. The live band played songs that were straight from my high school/college days so that was even better! Our waiter was so nice and explained everything about the menu flawlessly! I could sing praises for the food, but it would take more than the 2,000 provided character count this review box allows. Let me just say that the chocolates that took the place of the after dinner mint were to die for and I am going back to buy some at the pastry counter!

The restaurant was definitely in the weeds from the first moment we arrived. We checked in with our reservation only to be told they were “just clearing away your table now”. Half an hour later, a party with no reservation was seated ahead of us and we were still left standing there like idiots waiting for Godot.

The hostess stand was a tag team of different employees none of whom were talking to each other to coordinate seating. Frequent queries about our reservation were dismissed with a “shouldn’t be too much longer now”. Eventually we were offered an inside table when we had originally requested a patio table.

We ordered drinks and our meals at the same time since we were now starving almost an hour after our original reservation time. The cocktails were fine, but my eggs Bennie came out lukewarm with a fully hard center poached egg, like it had been sitting on the pass cooking for a while. They eventually made everything right, but it was far from the pleasant Easter brunch experience we were expecting.

We like the restaurant, but will never come back here for a special event since they just don’t seem to be able to handle to influx of diners.

Love this place! I come here every chance I get when I am in the area. My favorite is the burrata mozzarella and tomato salad. The best I have ever had. The french onion soup was excellent too. Very flavorful. You also have to try the eclairs. They are perfect. Price is steep but quality is outstanding.

Our entire experience in Marche' level was outstanding. Comfortably elegant surroundings and tasty food served in good portions. Everything we ate had great presentation and something unique about each dish. Our server, Max, is intuitive, interactive and informed about food and wine.

Loved this place! Everything about it was wonderful - patio, decor, service and of course food. Drinks were lovely. That said, it was ridiculously expensive. ($19 for avocado toast?!) I'll be back, but only on special occasions.

My husband and I had a wonderful date night at La Table - Marche. We had family in town to babysit and we wanted a nice dinner with live music and great food. La Table checked all the boxes. We dined on:
Tomato Mozzarella Flatbread - was not your typical flatbread, it was amazing and the tomotoes had a perfect flavor
Hass Avocado and Cucumber Salad - was absolutely perfect. Light and refreshing. I am pregnant and this hit the spot!
Mushroom Ravioli - light and melts in your mouth. divine!
Cheeseburger - my husband got this and loved it!
Dessert- the Creme Brulee & the Opera Cake. Both were amazing but the Creme Brulee was my favorite.
We also grabbed a few macarons on the way out that were a perfect treat!

We will be returning! Ideally when I can enjoy a glass of wine with dinner. I loved the live music outside. In my opinion that put the whole night over the top. We wanted a nice, fun, dinner out and this was perfect. I wish I remembered our waiters name because he was amazing!

Food was pretty good.
French onion soup was amazing, so flavorful and perfectly balanced.
Cheese plate was underwhelming, with minimal amount of jam, just a few pieces of toast, and no nuts. It was brought out without telling us what the cheese were.
Braised short ribs and mashed potatoes were solid, no complaints, but nothing to write home about.

Service was not what one would expect at this level. Lack of familiarity with the drink menu (not talking about the deep recesses of the wine list, just the cocktails on the first page). Difficulty placing dishes on the table. Not explaining the cheeses, as above. Not giving a cheese knife, and then not replacing the meal knife when dinner was brought out. Making judgmental remarks when my date ordered a soup and a salad as her dinner, to come out at the same time as my main course instead of as an appetizer. Waiting 20 min for the check.

Friendly, knowledgeable Waite staff; upbeat, modern, tasteful, warm environment; food quality good/not great; onion soup was excellent; however, this restaurant is very overpriced (example -Branzino Was tasty but certainly not worthy of the $65! And would be over priced at $45.) Bread was cold/hard (not crusty-tooth cracking hard.)

Table literally under the stairs. Terrible location. Only upside was people watching opportunity due to seclusion right by the entrance with a glass enclosure. Service was impeccable. Noise level loud given proximity to musicians. Had fish special. It was ok, have recently had much better truffle branzino. Overall an ok dining experience at a high price.

Food was very good; only thing, catch of the day was red trout (excellent) but quite pricey ($40), but I had not asked the price when ordering. The cocktails were very good - we were two ladies enjoying a very nice lunch. The lemon tart for dessert was quite delicious.

Just met with a friend to have a bite and drink some wine. We chose the steak frittes and the Moroccan chicken. Both were well prepared and tasty. We asked to change one side and the waiter accommodated.
At the time of selecting the wine, the one we picked was not available and the waiter's proposed replacement was not what we wanted. The sommelier came and made a good recommendation. He prepared the wine for us, and served it also. We enjoyed it.
There was some live music also. It was not intrusive, and made for a good ambiance and an enjoyable meal.
I would certainly go back and try other dishes.

We ordered lump crab salad that was supposed to come with mesclun greens but it did not. It looked as it should be under appetizer and not lunch salad. Need to order something else with it because the portion is too little to be called a salad. Otherwise, it was tasty!

Great service from Carlos - attentive, knowledgeable but not over the top. Wonderful food - lobster bisque, beet salad, short ribs, cheese soufflé and chocolate soufflé to finish (yeah, diet meal...). Good choice of wine by the glass. My wife asked the bar to create a Christmas cocktail from scratch which they did and she really enjoyed.

Fun night, great food, excellent service - perfect.

This is a lovely place to celebrate a special occasion with friends and family. We had a cozy corner table for 4. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. We were never rushed. Though Marche is the casual side of the restaurant it is an elegant casual. We truly enjoyed Marche.

This was my first meal at La Table. I had been in there before for a drink but not to eat. I was meeting three colleagues for a business lunch. The music was so loud that the lady sitting next to me asked them to please turn down the music.
We were seated in the bar area and the table were too close together. Not sure why they didn't put us upstairs. The service slow and it took a long time to get our food. They did make a very nice gesture - brought additional shrimp for the caesar salads since our shrimp was very small. The salad was nothing special and I think it was $14 plus an additional $6 for the shrimp. The salad dressing tasted like it came out of a bottle. For a glass of tea and a caeser salad with shrimp my total bill was $42.00. This is way expensive......
If I return, it will be for a happy hour.
