   We had reservations for 7 at a booth towards the back. Everything was perfect to host out of town guests for a delicious San Diego Mexican food dinner. The spicy margaritas are the best we’ve had and the guacamole with chips was fantastic. Everyone raved about how good their meal was with favorites being the surf & turf dinner and carne street tacos! The music inspired decor was a fun setting too!

   Un délicieux moment, à la hauteur de ce que j’espérais y goûter. Je me suis régalé avec des plats frais et savoureux. Les différents tacos que j’ai dégusté étaie très très bons. Mes papilles s’en souviendront longtemps. 😋😋😋😋

   Food quality did not meet my expectations. The shrimp burrito had few shrimp, few vegetables and generally tasteless. The tortilla tasted raw and was over sized compared with the contents! The mini-tacos appetizer was terrific…beautiful presentation and a significant portion. The red salsa was flavorful and tasted homemade. I would not return.

    We had a fantastic dinner at La Puerta! The food was outstanding. The environment was inviting and fun. The employees were fantastic. And the prices were very reasonable! Would definitely go again.
