The food was great but table was too small. Service was a bit slow
The food was good but table was small
Our server was not hospitable, at all. She didn't greet us ask us about drinks...just came up and said 'Are you ready?' 3 mins after we sat down.
I actually booked the wrong date and the host got us in anyways. The food was outstanding, we will be back!
Very expensive for what you got with a server who was never there.
The restaurant is within Eataly at Park MGM. The meatball appetizer was tasty and so was the bolognese pasta. Unfortunately, the carbonara that I was really looking forward to eating was way too salty that I had to return the dish. This is not something I do. I was asked if I wanted a different dish instead but I chose not to. The plate was removed from our bill. Service was good.
Everything was amazing per usual we love this place and always come everytime we’re out here in vegas, can’t wait till the next time yum!
The pizza was great-truly Italian. The salad was generous and delicious as well. Also, enjoyed the wine and the fresh, sliced bread with olive oil. We gladly recommend them.
The service was fast and friendly and the food was outstanding. Everything was fresh, made to order and tasted wonderful. The fresh mozzarella was to die for.
Awesome experience! Fast and attentive service, fantastic food. I always make it a point to come to this restaurant whenever I visit the Strip.
Enjoyed a delicious 3 course dinner during restaurant week. We ordered a variety of pizza, pasta, salad, beets with goat cheese, pear/prosciutto, and a bottle of red wine. Left full and satisfied!
Took awhile to get water but and some service but after that the service was great.
So disappointed. Food was mediocre. Very loud and service was hit or miss.
Shared a gluten free pizza and it was by far the best I’ve ever had. The crust tasted and looked just like the regular crust and wasn’t pre-made like many gf pizza places. Great ambience if you like high energy and social environment.
Solid food and nice staff
Delicious food. Service was slow.
Meatball appetizer was excellent! Carbonara was also excellent! If really enjoy pizza with fresh ingredients then this is your place. Highly recommend!
Great taste ... Really good experience.
Menu on open table claims to have a dinner prefixed 2-course dinner menu-nope server claimed only for lunch.
Ordered the bolognese, & a Margherita pizza. Two leafs of basil, I thought I was being Pranked, I asked the server for more basil, the chef, I mean line cook gave her two more leaves of basil she brought it to my table and mentioned she thought she was being Pranked. Got back to our hotel in instantly felt sick, I am not a drinker, it was definitely food. Sat on the toilet quite a bit, have you food sweats real bad, like I eat bad food.
Also I don’t believe they make their own pizza sauce, Houston straight from McCann, also meatballs in my opinion should not be kept in a hot well, they should be fired when ordered, but they were pretty good.
3 for service only because first waiter was very rude, we were going to leave but he ask another waiter to take us and he was much better I’d give him a 5
Meal was good as always!
Amazing!! A new go-to every trip to Vegas.
Pizza was limp. Not cooked enough in the middle. No flavor. Pasta dish was great!
Meatball appetiservery good but not very hot . Pizza OK little floppy, needed to be done a little longer on the bottom it was doughy. Lasagna very good but cold. All there dishes need to be more heated it was like eating room temp.food. price to expensive .
Mediocre food and abysmal service. I imagine the service was a fluke and that it would typically be better, but I can’t get over how undeserving of the Eataly brand this meal was.
Food was excellent but service was lacking. Our server was nice but hostess and bus staff were clearly miserable. Food came out ten minutes after ordering, definitely felt rushed.
The food was just okay, service was just okay, everything was just okay.
Great staff and fast service. It's pretty pricey though
The pasta lacked flavor. It seems like the cook forgot to salt the water.
This was the first time we sat down and ate at a restaurant in over a year. We were able to sit on the patio with our own space on a beautiful day and we really enjoyed it. The waiter was extremely nice and the food was really good. It was pricey, but we understand that's how things are on the strip.
Had a great experience but felt that there were many open tables and could have been sat down earlier.
Just a mother daughter dinner out. Food was delicious for sure. Was a bit pricey, but so is Vegas. Very fresh ingredients you could certainly taste! Like we were back in Italy.
The staff was good but the food was not. Their “homemade Marina “ tasted like they opened a can of San Lorenzo tomatoes and heated them up. No garlic, no onion, no herbs. Portions were small. Very expensive. Will not go back.
The food was great but the service had a lot to desire. The server told me that they didn’t have any Barolo wine when it was clearly on the menu and they were pouring it.
The restaurant is struggling to adapt to higher capacity. And unfortunately it shows in the service. Extreme lack of attention. Nice place I hope they can get it figured out.
The dish I ordered was very plain and underwhelming
Sat outside for our lunch date and it was wonderful!
Pizza was GREAT, wish that's all we had ordered. Pasta was TERRIBLE, had better at Olive Garden.
We made reservations through OpenTable and were seated directly in front of the bar that the wait staff used. They were passing behind my chair balancing plates above my head. To add to this lovely experience, we were also seated by the kitchen which reeked of fish. So disappointed. I had heard great things about this place.
I understand is Las Vegas but I have made Lidia's recipes at home and they didn't taste anything like what we received. overpriced portion size way too small, appetizers were great alcohol drinks really yummy but. the main courses I wasn't impressed. Our cousin who lives in Summerlin stated the margarita pizza was terrible and she will never come here again. This was a first time for all of us. I'm a cook and I do better at home. I'm sorry but we had a good time. thank you.
