Excellent menu and excellent food! We ate inside and it was noisy but otherwise a very enjoyable evening. Loved the menu selections and the wine list and the excellent desserts. Will definitely return.
Another fabulous experience as usual! Highly recommend after many years of dining here.
Great experience. Service and food was wonderful
Always great food and service. Highly recommend this restaurant!
I’m never disappointed here.
Warmly greeted by staff, lovely table setting, delightful server and delicious meal. The chocolate mousse was to die for!! Lovely atmosphere, charming decor and atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!!
Outstanding service and food. We love it here. Feels like were in France.
Just a so-so meal that was priced for much better. Service was very good.
Amazing restaurant with great service and suggestions and amazing food!
The evening could not have been better for our anniversary date night. Everything from the ambiance, service and meal was simply outstanding. Very professional staff that was very attentive.
outstanding food and service
Service excellent and good delicious
Celebrating a very special birthday of a friend. Eating there is a treat because of the amazing food and service. We both had the quiche. It was smooth and creamy. To celebrate her birthday we had profiteroles. Theses are the best I’ve ever had.
The food was amazing! Salmon sat in a honey lemon sauce that was heaven, the vegetables were cooked to perfection & the Marmite du Pêcheur was heavenly. The tiramisu, while tasty was more like a chocolate mousse than traditional tiramisu. It was served in a mason jar, I prefer a plate or bowl but that’s a personal preference.
2 issues were service which was very slow & room temperature.
The air was on we were told but the doors were constantly open so no air was cooling down the restaurant The venue was full both inside & outside on patio & there were only 2 servers & 2 buss people. This was Bastille Day so it’s normally full. I think extra help should have been called in or management help with tables.
Delicious and different food - wonderful for celebrations and special evenings out with friends.
We were on time for our resv but did not receive our first course until an hour later. Even receiving water took 25 min. Were told our first course was out and need to reorder. Should have left then...Waited another 40 minutes for entrees. Sent my chicken back (which I rarely do) bc it was so dry that I could barely cut it. Service was apologetic. We ordered dessert, pistachio cream brûlée, which was delicious. The owner apologized for the less than par dining experience. She comped us the dessert. Fully charged us for our 2 glasses of wine and two entrees. I tipped the staff well as they were trying. Our total bill (with $20 tip) came to $86??? Also, we were there for 2 1/2 hours?! There are so many well run restaurants in Atlanta but this is not one of them. *I visited this restaurant 2 years ago and had poor service/experience then. Was willing to give them another chance :(
Had not tried Le Petit Maison before, even though it has been in this location for years. Since we live in town we normally frequent closer options. It was my 71st so we wanted a memorable experience. Since the inside was booked we reserved a table on the patio, which is a nice space and luckily it was not hot and there was a nice breeze.
The menu was interesting with many "French" offerings. We ordered a salad verde to split and the Charcuterie plate. The salad was very good and plenty to split.. the meat platter was just ok, though not with typical type meats for a French menu.
My wife ordered the four cheese linguine with shrimp and both the pasta and shrimp were overcooked as the pasta was breaking up and the shrimp just staring to toughen.
I ordered the seafood stew (Marmite de Pechur) and it was well prepared, save for the shrimp...slightly overdone.
The wine list represents good value and we had a very good Vioginer for $36.
The service was not great, they seemed short handed an we noticed several people commenting on waiting to order and orders getting confused.
Didn't really get a "Bistro" vibe as the appointments, decor, and overall ambiance here
(Babettes Cafe is our go to for this type of food). Inside seating might improve on this to some extent. Would not return nor recommend to others.
We went for my wife’s birthday lunch. Five of us altogether. Stephanie, the owner, waited on us. She is a delight! So much fun! Food was delicious. We ate on the patio since we’re not going inside yet. Patio is large, and wasn’t crowded at all. It was warm but we occasionally had a nice breeze. It’s not inexpensive but the quality and portions were right. Merci beaucoup, Stephanie!
Great food, great wine, great service. Stephanie is wonderful.
This is my favorite restaurant. It is small and intimate and the food is absolutely awesome. Presentation is beautiful and the food is delicious.
I am so
Thankful the owner and staff made it thru the pandemic.
Give it a try it will be your new fav!
Food was excellent! Service always outstanding! Ate outside on patio..lovely!
We drove in from Alabama to celebrate our anniversary. So happy we found this restaurant.
Fantastic experience. The owner was very friendly. The food was wonderfully done. We had a salmon dish and a scallop salad dish. The seafood was cooked perfectly. You can tell it came straight from grill to the table - fresh and hot. Also ordered Cafe Gourmand for dessert- delicious!
We plan to come again soon! Worth the drive!
We had a great dinner last night. Food was delicious (escargots for appetizer, duck and flounder entrées, vegetable ratatouille), French Merlot was a good pairing for the meal, chocolate muss was amazing. As a bonus we were greeted by the chef. Outdoor seating was extremely pleasant. This is not our first visit to La Petite Maison and it has been always a very pleasant experience. Thank you!
Great gem in the heart of Sandy Springs. Great French Bistro food. Service could be a bit more crisp, but overall reliable and relaxing experience. The proprietor is originally from France and knows what she’s doing.
Complimentary starter of olive pate, olives, bread is a nice touch. Good selections everyday French wines. Excellent salad selection. Pasta and mains are tasty and well presented.
Love the food and ambiance.
fantastic truly french cuisine. the staff could be more attentive.
Great dinner with friends. Food was good eat and atmosphere and service friendly.
The owner and staff were very friendly and kind. I took my daughter on a daddy daughter date, we loved it.
Always a great dining experience
Very nice place and lovely staff. Great food! Outdoor seating is a little close to the road.
Quaint small place with nice ambience. Friendly staff, attentive service. Food was good, and a good value.
1st time back since COVID and excited it is still as good as I remember. Food was great and service impeccable. Love the crispy duck. If you like onion soup, ask for it be burned on the top. You'll love it.
Food excellent. Owner and staff wonderful. Always enjoy dining here.
The owner noticed we had not been given menus and we were patiently waiting. She offered to buy us drinks which we recognize as above and beyond. Thanks for a perfect date night.
