Always a great place to go.
Excellent food and great service. Really enjoyed duck, salmon and calamari!
I took a friend here for her birthday lunch. It was lovely. The menu was expanded from our previous visits before COVID. The service was lovely and the meal delicious.
If you close your eyes and listen to the musique you might be at a a petite bistro in St Germain de Pres. Mlle Stephanie is welcoming, the waitstaff is attentive but not overly so, the food is wonderful and this evening it was like going home. Good wine, French onion soup, steak frites, fried flounder with amazing accompaniments and dessert -- profiterole and mousse au chocolat.
It was a beautiful evening and the only problem was that I was not clever enough to make the reservation for outside. Fantastique!!
A real gem. Authentic French bistro food with attentive service and super fresh fare. The 3 course menu is a steal. Best beef carpaccio ever. Terrific flounder and the fries are sublime. Please do not forget to order the crème brûlée.
Always a favorite, for the food, the ambiance, and the service. Stephanie is a warm, friendly, and welcoming hostess. Any dish on the menu is wonderful, from the appetizers and salads to the delicious entrees, to the decadent desserts. And, don't forget a drink from their amply stocked bar.
Their attention to detail is always on point and they have been extremely aware of and concerned with all the proper safety protocols over the past year.
I would recommend it to anyone who wants a delicious taste of France without the pretension.
Consistently good food, great ambiance and very good service!
great, always, always, always, so goooooooooooooooooood
Food was excellent. Service was good. Beef filet with mushroom sauce and loup de mer (sp?) are recommended.
Always a pleasure to go there! They work really hard to accommodate each customer. The food is amazing and the desserts so delicious that you could eat them for a meal. If you go there, you will be welcomed and take photos of your plates since they are so beautiful.
Wonderful can’t wait to go back.
Food was excellent! Will be back!
The restaurant never disappoints. Exceptional food and the staff could not be more responsive and cordial.
Always attentive service, superb food and drink, and delightful owner and restaurateur, Stephanie.
We had the Potato Wrapped Salmon and New York Strip specials. Our guest had the Duck. We started with the calamari and ended with the decadent profiteroles.
An evening at La Petite Maison simply can’t be beat. Locally owned, fresh, French. Atlanta’s best.
It was our first time, and the food and the service were outstanding! We shared the escargo and salade nicoise, followed by seafood and duck for our main entrees. It's relatively small and cozy from a seating perspective, and we dined in the outdoor section. Still, there was enough covering to minimize the outside noise, and we were able to dine in relative quiet. Now, I just have to find the "magic ticket" to returning since they seem to be booked constantly, but we are definitely looking forward to returning!
A gem. Food always delicious and the service is spot on. Our favorite place.
Family in town
Wanted to venture out of Midtown for French food and chose La Petite Maison.
It is a perfectly comfortable choice with a pleasant atmosphere and safe practices. A true neighborhood find.
The two gentlemen working provided stellar service and were delightful. The food was very good, my duck was fantastic.
Sandy Springs is lucky to have this spot but probably not worth the drive from Midtown as there are similar places. If you live in the general area, its a winner!
Best French food in Atlanta.
Best owner and stuff.
Always come back
This place is so unassuming but the food is five star. The wait staff are friendly, courteous and attentive. Perfect place for date night.
Absolutely great service, wonderful food, and lovely ambiance! I love their covered patio and their waitstaff and chef are so accommodating. We will definitely be back.
I’ve lived 2 miles from this gem for almost 2 years and never knew it was there! It’s nothing fancy from the outside, but comfortable and quaint on the inside. We sat outside this evening and enjoyed escargot, goat cheese salad and a French onion soup for appetizers. Our entree’s were a filet mignon and shrimp/scallop lemon butter linguini. Outstanding! We moved inside for coffee and dessert as the temperature dropped outside. The dessert was wonderful but I can’t remember the name. It was some sort of hot apple tart served with toppers that included sour cream. Yes, sour cream, but it worked because the combined flavors were incredible. This will be a regular stop for us moving forward.
Our meal was delicious! It's always consistently great at this restaurant. We ate on the patio and it was a beautiful night.
Overall the experience was fabulous and this was our second time there. We will continue coming to dine in at least twice a month for our dinner date.
The owner was very personable and polite. Me and my girlfriend look forward to our next visit and can’t wait.
Birthday lunch was wonderdul
Very pleasant and relaxing place with exceptional food and service.
It was our first time there and the food was GREAT. I took the special of the day and OMG, it was worth every penny.
Love this restaurant and staff! Never disappoints!
The perfect gem in Atlanta! We had the mussels, carpaccio and escargot for appetizers and the all reminded me of my time in France. Service was superb and wine selection was lovely.
Delightful as always. Friendly staff, good food, nice atmosphere.
Enjoyed the service, the experience and the attention to detail from the owner and the entire staff
We had a wonderful evening. The service and atmosphere was exceptional. The owner comes to every table and talks to all customers. you feel very welcome. Food is high quality and tasty. The whole experience gives you the feeling of having dinner somewhere cozy in Paris. We highly recommend this place.
Excellent in every way
Excellent. Always excellent. I've been going there for years. You should go too!
Fantastic French dishes and service was top knotch. Would definitely go back.
We had tuna carpaccio that was very good. The blend of different flavors was very tasty. We wonder the need of having the cream on this plate.
The fish special was awesome.
We had the french onion soup. This plate was well presented and the flavor was superb. Probably no a very good choice as the weather was warm and the soup was envigorating.
The moules avec frittes gave a nice European touch to our dinner.
The food was good but not as outstanding as it used to me.
I have been to this restaurant many times and have been very pleased with every aspect of it. Saturday night was a completely different story. We arrived on time for our reservation and waited at least 10 minutes before we were greeted by a server. I asked for a Kettle One martini and they were out of Kettle One vodka. NO ONE should be out of Kettle One vodka on a Saturday night. My husband and I split a salad that was recommended and it was ok. I then ordered the salmon and it tasted very old. We were all very disappointed with the service. I will give this restaurant another chance but hope that this was just a fluke.
Our first visit to LA Petite Maison, and it will not our last. The Nicicoise influence with Italian touch is very well done. Well appointed tables with proper cloth, and bread await you as you are seated. Very attentive and seasoned staff, including the owner make the evening most enjoyable.
The only downside was an out of date wine list that resulted in our first two selections not being available.
